Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, muy amables y accesibles a responder cualquier duda que uno tuviera. El desayuno muy rico y el lugar es bonito. Compramos dos tours que ofrecía el hotel
El city tour con la guía Mercedes, muy amable y divertida ella, explicaba todo muy bien una excelente guía y el tour a la Laguna Humantay, una muy grata experiencia a cargo de la guía Anita, ella también muy amable y dispuesta a resolver toda duda, una excelente guía.
El hotel está en una buena ubicación, definitivamente volveré

Pros:

Excelente en general. Las habitaciones muy limpias, el servicio muy atento. El desayuno tipo buffet, muy bueno y muy completo. Las camas súper cómodas. Le ponemos un 10!

Cons:

El box lunch podría ser un poco más generoso. Medio sandwich no compensa el no poder asistir al desayuno del hotel y si vas a hacer un tour no es suficiente comida.

No repetimos

La cercanía al centro

Cons:

El hotel no tiene ascensor y ya de por sí comienza en la segunda planta puesto que debajo hay un restaurante.
Nos quedábamos 5 noches y nos dieron la habitación en la cuarta planta sin ascensor. Tampoco había quien nos ayudase con las maletas para subirlas todas esas plantas y era algo que no se había avisado.
También tuvimos que esperar para hacer el check in porque no había nadie en recepción y eso nos pasaba cada vez que necesitábamos algo que teníamos que esperar bastante porque aunque tocamos el timbre varias veces no aparecía nadie.
En cuanto a la habitación que nos dieron los colchones eran durísimos y el internet (wifi) no funcionaba en toda la cuarta planta así como tampoco funcionaba la televisión y aunque baje dos veces a decírselo al chico de recepción nunca subió a comprobar el motivo de que no funcionase. Tampoco iba el teléfono de la habitación con el cual debíamos contactar con ellos si necesitáramos algo.
Les pedí cambio de habitación a la primera planta del hotel y nos lo dieron al día siguiente, cual es la sorpresa que se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que hablasen todos los que entraban o salían del hotel..

Y que decir del desayuno para llevar! Una botella de agua, MEDIO Sandwich de pan de molde con queso y York y una barrita de cereales que no sabía a nada (y eso que lo teníamos pagado porque cogí está opción más cara en la reserva precisamente porque necesitábamos desayuno porque salíamos temprano con las excursiones) en fin que para el precio que tiene no volvería a repetir.
