Staff, location and bed were super good, so it was good enough and close to my expectations.
In my floor, very close to reception, I could sometimes hear noises during the night, people working at the front desk or noisy guests. The shower sometimes did not get warm enough and the breakfast was almost the same everyday. They sell good bread but do not offer the same for breakfast.
Hotel com uma localização boa, ótimo atendimento do Max e de todos. Café da manhã bom, cama e banheiro confortáveis. Fica cerca de 15 minutos andando da praça principal.

El city tour con la guía Mercedes, muy amable y divertida ella, explicaba todo muy bien una excelente guía y el tour a la Laguna Humantay, una muy grata experiencia a cargo de la guía Anita, ella también muy amable y dispuesta a resolver toda duda, una excelente guía.

El box lunch podría ser un poco más generoso. Medio sandwich no compensa el no poder asistir al desayuno del hotel y si vas a hacer un tour no es suficiente comida.
