Pros:

The restaurant downstairs was great. The staff was helpful with getting us taxi service. There was a 3 hour long parade right out front the next day.

Cons:

The room was freezing cold and the space heater they gave us to use did nothing to help. No hot water for shower. I found bugs in the bed the next morning.

Basic facilities missing. At Breakfast people came to ask thrice for our room number. Room was very cold, had to ask for external heaters which didnt work, plug points didnt work, had to swap over to other rooms

Pros:

Staff were really helpful and spoke good English .

Cons:

Our first room was on the ground floor and was really noisy however we asked for a different room and this was managed as soon as possible !
