Didn’t actually manage to stay the night. When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking even though confirmed with email. Tried to send us to another hotel via taxi but when we checked it had bad reviews. Staff flagged down an unmarked car on the street and after a long discussion with him asked us to get in, we refused and found other accommodation and cancelled the rest of our booking.

Tomadas precárias , não consegui carregar meu celular. Internet não funciona.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El personal está pendiente de preguntar todos los días si se sale algún tour temprano para tenerte un desayuno empacado. El desayuno es muy bueno.
Se acaban rápido los vasos que tiene en la recepción para preparar las bebidas y son algo tacaños para darte
Lo único bueno fue la ubicación
Las sábanas estaban sucias, la habitación es muy pequeña, el desayuno es feo y con muy poca variedad (y si te vas de excursión te dan un sándwich seco ), el baño tiene moho, los enchufes no funcionaban y la cortina del baño está muy vieja
Hay muchas mejores opciones en relación a precio calidad
A equipe é muito prestativa, sempre que tivemos problema, eles resolveram. Sempre perguntam se o café da manhã do outro dia será para viagem. Tem chá, balinhas de coca. Tem um mercado na frente, farmácia perto, então valeu a pena.
É um pouco longe do centro... Na verdade eu achei que 15 minutos fosse perto, mas na subida, não é kkkkk. Mas ok, Achei o café da manhã muito simples. Quarto pequeno. Tivemo um problema no chuveiro assim que voltamos de Machu Picchu, ele não esquentava por nada, aí ligamos na recepção, elas foram lá no quarto, mas ainda continuou frio e estava fazendo tipo 8º. No outro dia esquentou, graças a Deus. As tomadas são muito ruins, mas percebi que é em vários hotéis de Cusco/Machu Picchu.

Tive que comprar um adaptador pq todas as tomadas do quarto estavam frouxas e o adaptador do hotel tb não funcionou e não senti q houve uma proatividade do hotel para resolver
La habitación es muy grande, además el desayuno estuvo increíble. El personal fue muy amable.
El hotel se veía como añejo. Cogimos la suite con jacuzzi y este era bastante pequeño, cabíamos dos justitos.
El techo del baño estaba lleno de moho, deberían de pegarle una pintada.
En la habitación había muy poca luz, cambiar los focos por unos más potentes ayudaría a dar otra imagen

Ademas, en recepción tuvieron un gesto un poco feo, ya que nos hicieron pagar una botella de agua el dia que la habiamos cogido debido a que no nos habian dejado preparado el desayuno para la excursion
Que te regalan te de coca
No me gustó el hotel, habia dias que no funcionaba el agua caliente que te pedían que tu les dijeras si querías la limpieza o no (siendo un hotel se asume que diario la hagan) pero si tu viaje es para hacer trekk olvídate de este hotel llegas sucio del tour y el hotel te recibe sin estar limpio creeme que llegar a hacer la cama despues de un tour asi no es nada satisfactorio, al igual te ofrecen un desayuno todos los dias en el hotel que si te vas a tour es por lo regular a las 3 am y te ponen un box Lunch que solo es medio sandwich un jugo y una barra energética la verdad no es equivalente a lo que ofrecen en el desayuno buffet al menos deberían poner el sandwich completo, por ultimo las calderas para calentar el agua estan dentro del hotel por lo que tu habitación huele a gas.
