Pros:

La atención del personal, fueron encantadores y atentos. Angela nos.preparo hasta un sándwich para llevar porque nos íbamos antes de la hora del desayuno. Y el chico de por la tarde nos facilito todo lo que solicitamos.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación es justo, y el armario para dos muy pequeño.

La atención por el telefono de una chica días antes de llegar fue terrible. Estábamos preocupados pero ya cuando llegamos Josue fue muy amable y nos tranquilizamos.

Alojamiento recomendable para estancia en Medellín, muy buena atencion e instalaciones.
Pros:

La ubicación era muy cómoda, rodeada de restaurantes y servicios. Las instalaciones estaban en perfecto estado y el personal era siempre atento y muy amable. El desayuno muy bien también.

Great location, near restaurants, metro and Poblado Park. Friendly staff. A special thank you to Angela for being so helpful. Delicious breakfast with different options. Plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Loud music Friday night from next door. Either it stopped or I fell asleep at 11.30pm.

Muy buen servicio. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, el personal muy amable. La habitación muy cómoda.

Cons:

Como en la mayoría de hoteles de la zona, supongo, por la noche se escucha bastante la música para dormir. Pero con tapones se soluciona :)

La localisation (idéale pour sortir le soir en sécurité), la gentillesse du personnel (ont accepté de garder notre sac le soir où nous dormions à Guatapé), la propreté, le confort et la terrasse de la suite Napoleon Hill.
