Justo de servicios y de instalaciones. Sin zonas comunes como un salón de encuentro con tresillos.
Pros:

El personal muy amable, solicito, eficaz, aseado y limpio.

La ducha amplia y cómoda, aunque la alcachofa es fija en la pared, sin poderse aplicar manualmente.

Cons:

En el desayuno La opción de huevos se cobraba aparte. En el comedor el televisor estaba constantemente encendido dominando el ambiente.

Los lavabos del baño son pequeños y el agua salta por los lados. Los grifos son pequeños por lo que el agua no alcanza el centro de la pila del lavabo.

Me cambiaron de habitación por una perdida de agua desde el aseo al suelo de la habitación, en la que me ofrecieron al entrar.

Estuve dos días sin agua caliente en el momento de la ducha por la mañana.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de avenidas concurridas, pero sin ruido por las noches. Las instalaciones bastante limpias, el desayuno variado.
El check in es rápido.

Cons:

En la ducha, el agua caliente tardaba en salir y la señalética de frío/ caliente estaba al revés.
El baño y lavabo un poco pequeños
