Wunderbarer frühlingshafter Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Super Lage, ruhig, tolles Zimmer; die Innenstadt, Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, unsere Wanderungen haben wir direkt vom Hotel aus gemacht, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, alles da, was wir lieben, verschiedene Wurstsorten, unterschiedliche Käse, frische Früchte, Joghurt, ... das frisch bereitete Omlett war sehr lecker, genossen haben wir auch den Secco zum Frühstück, wir kommen bestimmt wieder, es war einfach nur schön im Vorfrühling

Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Super Ausgangspunkt zum kaiserstuhl.sehr grosses schönes helles zimmer. Nicht top modern, aber sehr gepflegt und ansprechend.sehr gutes und langes Frühstück (bis 10.30 uhr ) auf Sonnenterasse.
Trotz Lage an der strasse nachts herrlich ruhig. Sehr bequeme Betten. Grosses Bad mit Fenster.

Cons:

Dusche in der Badewanne. Für ältere Personen vermutlich etwas unbequem. Kein Lift zum Zimmer im 1. OG - zumindest in dem Teil des Hauses, wo wir waren.

Ein absolut freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal

Cons:

Die ausgewiesene Sternekategorie wurde bei Weitem nicht erreicht.
Lage, Ausstattung der Zimmer und aktuelle Sauberkeit haben uns enttäuscht.
Der Service war unter den Bedingungen ein wahrer Lichtblick, sehr engagiert und gästeorientiert; allerdings in der Vielzahl der zugewiesenen Aufgaben physisch überfordert

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, wir wurden jeden Morgen gefragt, ob und wie wir Eier möchten, ob wir Sekt wollen, jeder Wunsch sofort erfüllt.
Wir erhielten eine Karte, mit der wir kostenlos Bahn fahren konnten, eigentlich nutzen wir so etwas nie, aber das hat uns überzeugt, das Auto stehen zu lassen.
So trägt die Unterkunft zur Nachhaltigkeit bei :-)
Es gab auch ein kleines Foyer mit ein paar gemütlichen Sesseln und man hätte aus dem Kühlschrank, Wein, Bier etc. nehmen können (gegen Gebühr), um noch einen Absacker zu trinken. Gut durchdacht

Cons:

Gefehlt hat uns etwas der Aufzug, aber so sorgt das Hotel auch für die notwendige Fitness :-)
