It was a good place to stay and location wise was prefect when doing a stroll.

Wonderful.
Pros:

This hotel offers a great location for excellent value for money.
Location is excellent and central for downtown Reykjavick, perfect.
A 20-25 minute walk from Central Bus Station.
A 20 minute taxi ride from the new main cruise terminal.
The shared bathroom facilities are excellent. The bar/lounge/chill out space makes a good break out area.
The bedroom pod is an excellent , air conditioned and extremely comfortable space for sleeping, storing luggage and changing. It is well insulated against noise and consideration for the close proximity of other guests HAS to be considered in all ways.
Considering the 24 hour way of tourist travel and life in Iceland checking in is a doddle as reception is open 24 hours a day. Our booked rooms on separate dates; we arrived very early in the day from a cruise ship was understandably not available. The team helped us store our luggage until our return later in the day. We checked out for an early flight at 3am, no problem. We checked another visit , very late at night from a late flight, no problem as reception is staffed 24 hours and our rooom had been paid for and was available. Superb service and reliability.
Do use the app to communicate directly with the hotel....it is effective and well supported.

Cons:

devoir charger une application pour étiendre la lumière d'ambiance...franchement pas pratique. Manque un peu de snacks plus nourrissants.

I övrigt: Mycket bra!
Pros:

Det enda egentligen som uppmärksammade på var att mitt rum aldrig städades. Frukosten var ok, tänkte att den skulle vara bättre. Trevlig personal, dock var det en av de som kändes väldigt oengagerad i när hen skulle hjälpa mig att boka en vistelse.

Cons:

Frukosten och städningen.
Det städades inte alls i mitt rum under min vistelse. Fick ingen info men kan vara att de ej städar förrän man checkat ut?

Pros:

Clean, self-service, all major desires satisfied. Particularly, the customer service was outstanding. Never experienced that a hotel cared that much about the guests.

Cons:

The rooms are small but cozy and functional. Best if one spends more time outside and in the community rooms.
