Sehr gut für zwei Nächte!
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig, und direkt am Wasser. Die Matte im Wasser für die Kinder und die Kanus sind super! Der ganze Steg ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Ein bisschen mehr Frühstück wäre toll. Ansonsten alles super!

Prachtige locatie! We hebben hier erg genoten van deze prachtige plek. 4 pers huisjes zijn netjes en verzorgd. Je kan lekker zitten bij de steiger genieten van de lagune. Gratis gebruik van kayak en sup.

Wir kommen jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bei Fragen direkt bereit zu helfen. Es gibt gratis Kaffee/Obst und der Zugang zur Lagune ist direkt bei den Bungalows. Liegen an der Lagune sowie eine Wasserschaukel und Wasserhängematten sorgen for pure Entspannung! Man kann sich kostenlos Kajaks leihen und die Lagune selbstständig erkunden! Vom Hotel aus ist in 5 Minuten ein Kiosk erreichbar. Um in die Stadt zu fahren kann man ein 40 Minuten Spaziergang machen oder einfach Taxi fahren. Ich empfehle das Hotelpersonal nach Tipps für gute Restaurants zu fragen! Die Vorschläge waren 10/10. :)

Cadre magnifique mais ne vaut pas ce prix

Le cadre de l'hébergement.
La mise à disposition des kayak.
Les extérieurs au bord du lagon malgré que ce ne soit pas la meilleure partie du lagon (un peu vaseux), avec balançoires, hamac..
L'emplacement proche de Bacalar, 10 minutes en voiture un peu près.
Le parking devant l'hôtel qui propose 7, 8 places.

Cons:

Un peu cher pour Bacalar, est ce que ça vaut plus de 100€ la nuit ? Non.
La réceptionniste déballe toutes les informations en espagnol, sans demander si nous comprenons, pour vite se débarrasser des clients j'imagine.
Le petit cabanon où sont censés se trouver nourriture et eau, ne propose que 3 pommes qui se battent en duel (sur les 2 jours où nous étions là), et de l'eau tiède dans un bidon pratiquement vide.

Basic op een prachtige locatie.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie aan het meer, met ligbedjes en hangmatten op de steigers en schommels in het water.
Gratis gebruik van kayaks en supboard.
Huisjes zijn erg basic (met kieren en gaten) en hebben geen functionerende klamboe. Wel airco en grote koelkast op de kamer.

Cons:

Smorgens is er koffie en een appel, maar geen ontbijt mogelijk. Dit wisten we vooraf, maar is een beetje behelpen omdat er ook geen bestek is om zelf ontbijt of lunch mee te maken.
