Nel corridoio delle capsule c’era un freddo glaciale. Non si accede comodamente alle capsule. Nelle intercapedini tra il letto e le pareti c’è tantissimo sporco, come residui di cibo e capelli

Guardo muy buenos recuerdos. Solo hay que entender bien, antes de venir, en qué consiste el concepto de «cápsula».
Aparte de eso, está muy bien ubicado. Y el barrio de Triana realmente vale la pena.
Mención muy especial para el personal. 👍
Cuando me pidan que defina qué es para mí el servicio al cliente, no es imposible que piense en la atención de su personal como respuesta.
En resumen, cuando vuelva a Sevilla, me quedaré ahí

Cons:

Quizás, el único aspecto que se podría mejorar sería poder elegir al momento de hacer la reservación si se prefiere una cápsula en la parte de arriba (es decir, con escalera) o en la parte de abajo.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und das Gemeinschaftsbad war super sauber! Das sauberste Gemeinschaftsbad das ich in allen Reisen je gesehen habe. Das Bett war bequem. Es gibt einen großen Spind für Gepäck.

Cons:

Es wurde beworben als „Netflix und Disney plus ist dabei“ doch stellte sich heraus dass man einen privaten Akkount haben muss den man selbst zahlt und sich dort nur einloggen kann. Das wird falsch angeworben.
