Great staff and clean rooms, but overpriced amenities for what is essentially a hostel.
Pros:

The staff members were truly helpful and cheerful. Everything was sparkling clean. I definitely give a 10/10 to the staff and the cleanliness

Cons:

The soundproofing in the double rooms is quite poor; you can hear all the noise coming from the kitchen inside your room. The breakfast is definitely not good and nowhere near worth the €8 price tag. The lack of alternative options, such as vegetarian choices, is another major downside. You are much better off going to the nearby Lidl and buying whatever you want for €8.
Furthermore, the amenities and services offered by the property are incredibly overpriced. For instance, the bike rental costs €20 once you exceed 1 hour, whereas Seville's municipal bikes cost only €2.5 for 24 hours. The laundry service is €15, while local laundromats outside charge around €5. Similarly, using the jacuzzi is €25 per person, which is ridiculously expensive. Despite being in-house services, the prices make absolutely no sense.
Lastly, this place is definitely not a hotel. Although it is branded as a "futurotel," everything operates completely on a hostel concept.

Pros:

Современный хостел в котором есть отдельные комнаты, но большинство капсулы, нам было интересно проверить, были в период жары, кондиционер в самое комнате отлично работал, но внутри капсулы достаточно жарко. Можно взять в аренду велик или самокат бесплатно. Игровая зона на два компьютера и две приставки. Фото с окрестностей хостела. Жаль не хватило времени погулять больше.

Cons:

Внутри капсулы только воздухообмен, кондиционер только в самой комнате. Любителям тишины лучше брать беруши. В нашей капсуле была проблема с зарядкой телефона, но девушка с ресепшена старалась помочь как могла :)

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait que les cellules soient mal insonorisées que les jacks pour mettre les écouteurs marchent mal vive les sous titres ! Le matelas est mince donc moins confortable

Lugar maravilloso y acogedor.
Pros:

El servicio me encantó y la limpieza. Eran chicas super majas y atentas, siempre preguntaba como había ido el día y como estábamos, además de si todo estaba a nuestro gusto. Fue genial el alojamiento.

Cons:

Esto no es objetivo, ya que sabíamos a dónde íbamos, pero me hubiera gustado tal vez tener más espacio para la maleta o poder cogerla desde la cápsula.

Top, esperienza bellissima, da rifare!

Bellissima la capsula, in una camerata con 10/12 capsule ho apprezzato tantissimo il bagno in camera!
Altro servizio che ho trovato ultimissimo erano le macchinette all’ingresso con acqua, cibo, e tutto il necessario!

Cons:

Qualche pulsante dentro la capsula non funzionava benissimo, l’aria usciva solo da una ventola e non da entrambe, e avrei gradito un po di spazio in più tra le capsule e gli armadietti

Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen, schickes den Namen unterstreichendes Ambiente, gut eingerichtete und nutzbare Küchenzeile. Im Umfeld Bäcker und Lebensmittelläden.

Cons:

Das Schlafen in der Kapsel muss man mögen - ich nicht. In einem Raum 6 Kapseln, oft doppelt belegt, bedeutet bis zu 12 Personen im Raum. Zwar sieht man sich nicht, aber akustisch ist man an jegliches Kommen, Packen, Gehen und Reden angeschlossen. Wie in einem Schlafsaal. Dafür würde ich 20€ zahlen, aber nicht mehr.
