Location is great, lots of places to eat and close to the night market. The bed was big and really comfortable. The shower was hot, though water pressure wasn’t so good. Air con was powerful and quiet. WiFi was great. Very peaceful and quiet, no noise from the road. Great place to relax. They have a cute little Frenchie.

Cons:

Some of the plug sockets need replacing. When plugging something in, the plug wouldn’t stay in. I was using a European 2 pin plug, I thought buying a converter plug would solve the problem, but it didn’t. Very annoying and also dangerous. The TV in my room would often not work. Even though it said it was connected to the WiFi, YouTube didn’t always work and when it did, it would often freeze.

Pros:

The facilities were good ,free water ,close to the night market and restaurants,bed was ok ,the fridge is really convenient .

Cons:

The entrance is a bit shady at the back of an alley, the light in the room was very low ,same for the shower pressure.the stairs might be a bit steep so be careful if you have a big bag .

Location and value
Pros:

Excellent location but a bit difficult to find at first - it's tucked behind the Japanese restaurant. I had the studio with terrace, which was wonderful value for money. Having a large, cold fridge and kettle at this price is great. Staff were lovely. Really good laundry service. Unlimited drinking water provided in sustainable packaging.

A bit grubby.

Decent location.

Cons:

Infestation of bugs in the room. On desk and bed.

Also, lovely dogs but came out to dog poo outside my door.

Séjour très agréable au calme
Pros:

Accueil et convivialité du propriétaire, de sa famille et de son équipe.
Parle couramment le Français, Anglais et Laotien. Trouve toujours une solution a vos problèmes.
Hotel et chambres ne donnent pas sur la rue très commerçante, ce qui permet de bien dormir et d' ètre au calme.

Cute hotel, quiet and good value.
Pros:

Great hotel in a good location. The room is quite big, has strong AC and a big fridge,
Bathroom is good and the hotel is quiet.
Great value.

Cons:

The stairs to the room are quite steep and some of the power outlets weren't working.

Cons:

I had booked but was appalled by what I saw when I arrived, and cancelled. The 'guesthouse' is down a little alley and it all looks quite unclean and makeshift.
