Overall, it did not provide value for the price charged.
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The common areas and hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not justify the price we paid.

Cons:

The hotel fell short of expectations in several important areas.

Rooms are exceptionally small, with minimal space around the bed.
Food is heavily overpriced. A simple meal can easily cost around ₹2,000.
Housekeeping service is limited and unavailable after 5 PM. During our two-night stay, the room was never cleaned, bedsheets were not changed, and trash and used dishes left outside the room were not removed.
A late checkout request, despite our 11 PM check-in, resulted in a half-day room charge.
The room lacked a basic night lamp or low-light option.

Pros:

The property was centrally placed , very clean hygienic . The staff was very cordial, they directed us in best possible manner.
The food was hot , good, yummilicious and very scrumptious.

Stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
Pros:

Excellent facilities. Great food and chef. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Location is great. However, Vrindavan traffic control rules made it very difficult and unpleasant to get to hotel for check-in and get out for check-out. If you hv luggage it is a real hassle. And if you are coming from outside the town then who doesn’t hv luggage. Hotels are a big part of Vrindavan economy. Hotel leaders and city leaders should find a way to treat traffic in/out of hotels differently.

a pleasent, delectable, pious stay
Pros:

exceptional breakfast spread. homely atmosphere with very warm and courteous staff. The hotel was very clean, fragrant at all times, they played beautiful bhajans in the lobby area. overall a great experience
