Pros:

Cercate un weekend per staccare la spina nel verde senza rinunciare all'esclusività? Casale Alessandri è la risposta.
I proprietari sanno davvero cosa significhi l'ospitalità, viziandoci con una cena spettacolare cucinata dallo chef di casa.
Spazi verdi curatissimi, una meravigliosa piscina a sfioro e una camera rustica incastonata alla perfezione nel paesaggio. Valigie già pronte per il prossimo soggiorno!

Un soggiorno indimenticabile: eccellenza, storia e relax assoluto
Pros:

Casale Alessandri è un vero gioiello che preserva intatta l'autenticità e il fascino della sua epoca storica. L'atmosfera è dominata da un silenzio rigenerante, perfetto per staccare la spina. Un plauso speciale va alla gestione impeccabile di Louis, che fa sentire gli ospiti coccolati in ogni momento. L'esperienza culinaria è straordinaria: lo chef Federico firma una cucina gourmet sublime, dove ogni piatto è un'opera d'arte. Nota di merito anche per la bellissima piscina, il luogo ideale dove rilassarsi sorseggiando cocktail eccezionali. Un luogo perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. Grazie di cuore, torneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Louise e Federico sono persone eccezionali, gentili e disponibili. Menu rustico ottimo, camere suggestive e accoglienti. La piscina è semplicemente incredibile. Colazioni ottime e posto magnifico.

A partire dai proprietari, alla colazione e alla piscina favolosa! Tutto fantastico.

Se devo trovare un neo è l'aria condizionata che era molto rumorosa in camera e non si riusciva a trovare un settaggio.

Luogo paradisiaco dove rilassarsi e ristorarsi
Pros:

Andando un po' sopra Massa Martana (un borgo ricostruito con grande perizia e gusto dopo il terremoto del 97) giungiamo al Casale Alessandri. Qui la ristrutturazione fatta è eccelsa: nulla è fuori posto, tutti i particolari sono giusti e tradiscono la grande passione per il luogo dei proprietari. Ogni stimolo sensoriale viene gratificato: dalla vista sublime del paesaggio ai sapori prelibati della cucina che, non per niente, troneggia sovrana nello spazio principale (come il palco di un teatro, dove il proprietario è l'attore principale). Insomma, un luogo imperdibile dove ci si perde volentieri e dalla calma ci si lascia sopraffare. Imperdibile!

Le site, la piscine,la typicité de l'endroit et de la chambre.

Cons:

L'endroit des repas qui est sombre, avec vue sur les voitures, Les chaises inconfortables.C'est dommage car le site est superbe et il n'est pas exploité.
Le repas surprise..ok pour le premier soir, mais dommage pour les autres car on a envie de choisir, surtout dans une région de gastronomie.Je pense qu'il devrait y avoir 2 choix par proposition.Les hôtes perdent des repas ainsi.
Je n'ai pas apprécié de devoir payer dès l'arrivée sans avoir vu la chambre.

The food was outstanding (hats off to the chef), the setting incredibly tranquil, and the pool offered breathtaking views across the countryside and surrounding mountains. The host was wonderfully accommodating and attentive, making the entire experience feel effortless. A truly beautiful and relaxing escape — highly recommended.

Séjour très agréable, calme et de très bon goût.
Pros:

Une chambre très agréable avec une grande terrasse sans vis à vis.
Le nombre restreint de chambres permet d’avoir un séjour très paisible.
La piscine à débordement est très agréable et très calme.
L’accueil très discret est un grand atout.
Pour finir le dîner est superbe avec beaucoup de finesse. On ressent le plaisir du cuisinier qu’on voit travailler dans sa cuisine toute vitrée.

Super klimatyczne i kameralne miejsce. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i na każdym kroku dbają o gości. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - 30-40 minut samochodem do najważniejszych miejsc turystycznych. Na pewno tam wrócimy

Family retreat
Pros:

The setting is wonderfully tranquil and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rustic charm of the property gives it an authentic Umbrian feel, while still being comfortable and welcoming.
The highlight for us was the stunning pool, surrounded by beautiful countryside and breathtaking views. Louise & Fredrico were so accommodating & cooked both a delicious lunch & dinner for us.

Lovely place to stay and good hosts
Pros:

The breakfast was fine for continental but no bread provided . Our room was very nice and beds comfortable with plenty of space in the room . The pool also was very nice . Louise clearly wanted to help us enjoy our stay with information of surrounding area and booking restaurants if needed. We enjoyed our stay there. We had dinner one night and were dissapointed with the meal and the time it took to serve

Cons:

The entrance at the gate is poor for low cars and every time we went in or out the car grounded and damaged the undertray. The garden furniture on the terrace of our room had low backs and doesn’t offer support . There are not enough sunbeds around the pool to cater for the guests

Beautiful, comfortable and authentic.
Pros:

Such an authentic Italian experience. Great food from a professional chef and the warmest greeting and hospitality. Could not recommend Casale Alessendri enough.
