Super Lage und ausgesprochen nette Mitarbeiter.

localizacao excelente, pé na areia e piscina linda. Restaurante com boa comida e cafe da manha justo. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Pros:

Cortesia dos funcionários, familiaridade dos funcionários. O Giorgio em particular no restaurante e na receção o staff também era fantástico.

Cons:

O horário da piscina devia ser mais alargado.
Podia ter um estendal na parede da varanda.
Como sugestão: room service pós horário de jantar para quem tem meia pensão e não esteja no hotel no horário do jantar.

Mi auguravo decisamente meglio

- La posizione

Cons:

- Per il soggiorno di 3 persone è stato richiesto un supplemento significativo per il terzo letto, cosa che anche gli operatori di Booking hanno definito piuttosto insolita.
- Il personale è stato molto disomogeneo: alcune persone estremamente cortesi e disponibili, altre decisamente meno.
- Avevo chiesto che la camera venisse sistemata in mattinata, per poterla utilizzare nel primo pomeriggio, ma più volte il riassetto è avvenuto intorno alle 13.
- Insonorizzazione praticamente assente: si sentivano chiaramente le conversazioni dalle camere vicine e dal corridoio, le porte e perfino gli scarichi dei bagni.
- Considerando il prezzo molto elevato per un 4 stelle, ho trovato eccessiva la quantità di servizi a pagamento: 5 € per l’asciugamano in piscina, supplemento per omelette e spremute a colazione, 60 € di cauzione per il telecomando, oltre ad altri extra.
- Rapporto qualità/prezzo, a mio avviso, non adeguato al livello della struttura e al costo del soggiorno.

Beautiful location on a stunning bay - but avoid the Maitre ‘d’
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Through the beautiful gardens on to the beach where the water was turquoise and like a bath. Even the pool was warm & Marco the lifeguard gave us so many great recommendations of places to visit.

Cons:

The restaurant staff were like Kim Jong Un’s soldiers, watching your every move and standing by with notebooks. The first two nights the a/c was not working in the restaurant and with the temperature near 40 degrees I asked to have dessert on the terrace. But, the Maitre said no, not possible. Well after an almighty row we had our desert on the terrace! The behaviour that evening of the Maitre should not go unmentioned.
