Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was very disappointing.
Although the apartment was inexpensive, being budget-friendly should never be an excuse for poor cleanliness or maintenance. Every guest deserves a clean and safe place to stay.
The apartment was not properly cleaned. We found insects in the kitchen, spider webs on the furniture and around the windows, and the bathroom towels had an unpleasant smell, as if they had absorbed cooking odours.
During one of our showers, the water stopped running completely for quite some time, which was extremely inconvenient.
I would not recommend this apartment for families with young children. There were no safety features on the windows or balcony. The balcony railing was very low, and the window next to the bed opened directly towards a significant drop, creating a serious safety concern.
The television had no working channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable throughout our stay.
The swimming pool looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It was much smaller than expected and did not appear to be well maintained. The surrounding area was also not particularly inviting.
The lift did not feel well maintained and made noticeable jolting movements, so we avoided using it whenever possible. At night, the main entrance was locked, meaning we had to access the building through a dark rear entrance and use the stairs instead.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. While we did not expect luxury at this price, we did expect basic cleanliness, proper maintenance and a safe environment. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations, and I would not recommend it, especially for families with young children.

Staff very helpful. Room size big enough. Needs a little updating but the cost took that into account.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, clean rooms
Pros:

It was fantastic, we stayed here as we were attending a wedding at coral bay, it was so central to everything we needed and the supermarket across the road had everything we could ever need. The room was clean and tidy with all the facilities we required. The staff were very accommodating, our flight was delayed so our check in time was moved without issue, and we also checked out late too with no issues! Would definitely stop here again!

Gyors check, adapert kértünk és adtak, közel van a supermarket.

Cons:

A törölköző étel illatú volt. Zajos a mellette lévő főút miatt. A hűtő csak akkor működik ha a szobában vagyunk.

Cons:

We arrived to check in at 11.10pm and everybody had gone home. The check in time specified until midnight. We had no correspondence and no answer to our phone call on arrival. We had to find somewhere else to stay and then received and a message at 11.55pm to say our key was left on a piece of paper at Reception. Comical. They have charged me with full price saying I was a no show. No refund offered.
