Pros:

The room was small but clean with a comfortable bed, pillow, and nice sheets. The location was quiet. Free water bottle refills is provided. Guests at the Guesthouse are able to access the ocean from the associated Tipolo Beach Resort across the street.

Cons:

The location was quiet but the air conditioner was not. Even with ear plugs, it was still loud. The building was clean and newer but the air conditioner unit looked as though it was taken from an older property. We had only one meal at the restaurant as the quantity and quality left us unimpressed and hungry. The pictures would give the impression that theres a Sandy beach in front. Not the case at all.

Cozy and comfortable guesthouse in a perfect location. Tiny, but tidy and convenient room. I was alone and enjoyed my staying very much

Great location for a budget stay
Pros:

I love this location, it's quiet yet you have 3 min to the beach, and 10 min to everything on Panangsama street! The building and facilities are new, the internet is good, and the shower is hot.

Cons:

The road is harshly bumpy, but it's nothing to do with the hotel staff.

Fijne locatie maar onderhoud aan de kamer is hard nodig

De locatie is dichtbij de Sardinerun

Cons:

De kamer stinkt naar schimmel. De airco is heel vies en onderhoud is hard nodig. Badkamer rook naar urine.

Pros:

Tolle Lage und der Zugang vom Resort konnte auch mit benutzt werden. Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet, aber für mich war das voll ausreichend. Kostenloses Wasser.

Cons:

Leider wurde der Lüfter im Bad wegen der Lautstärke abgeschaltet.
