Total perfection with THE most comfortable bed and pilllows!
Pros:

We could easily walk there from the train station with our cases which was handy, the hotel was a really beautiful building, the staff were very welcoming and kind. But oh my gosh the hotel room itself was exceptional, the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve had in our travels over the last few weeks by far, and there’s been a few! It was heaven! The room was also really beautifully finished with modern tapwear, lighting, nespresso machine, Dyson hairdryer , safe, hanging space, loads of floor space to open up suitcases etc. I don’t have a negative thing to say about this hotel or its staff, 10/10 impressed and would highly recommend!

Great hotel. Great value great location.
Pros:

Check in was great. Hotel was great. The staff was great. The woman who checked me in was great (and very beautiful too). Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Only issue I didn’t like was they photocopied my passport and insisted they write down my credit card number with expiration date and they copied that too. No hotel is supposed to do that. I pointed it out but she said she was only doing what she was told to do. They need to stop doing that.

Céntrico, confortable y muy acogedor.
Pros:

El establecimiento se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado de la,ciudad, en la calle principal (Ordoño II). Si se va por trabajo, todo está a mano. En los alrededores hay muchos comercios, es una zona extraordinariamente animada. Justo enfrente, en la acera opuesta, hay un parking, que resulta muy cómodo, aunque es caro. Las habitaciones están bien dotadas, equivalen a un 4 estrellas, con camas confortables, gran TV Loewe y baños amplios y modernos (hay amenities, e incluso secador Dyson).

Cons:

Es una pena que no haya un restaurante o al menos una cafetería, pues se echa de menos en ciertos momentos. Es verdad que al tratarse de un pequeño palacete los propietarios o gestores se han visto obligados a mantener la estructura del edificio. Por otra parte, también comentaría que el aire acondicionado no funciona bien.
