Hotel Portacavana

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage - es war sehr heiß -, und auch keinen Zimmerservice.

Tanto booking como el hotel dicen que hay recepción y es FALSO ( Estuvimos desde el 5 hasta el 8 de septiembre y no había persona humana en recepción) bueno tampoco había persona humana en el servicio de limpieza, durante mi estancia ni el más mínimo cambio de toallas y los 4 días que vais a estar, apañaros los 2 huéspedes con 4 diminutos sobres de gel de baño. UNA AUTENTICA VERGÜENZA
Además tanto booking como el hotel dicen que tienen servicio de guardaequipajes, otra MENTIRA COMO UNA CASA, Claro es de lógica, si es un hotel sin vida humana en recepción ¿ quien te va a guardar el equipaje?
Ahhhh .... y hablando de vida humana .... en mi habitación si había mucha vida biológica y bacteriana, voy a intentar pasar foto de la parte superior del frigorifico como muestra. Por cierto si tienes en la habitación un frigorífico que no funciona y solo cría polvo y acaros... ¿ no seria mejor quitarlo?

There was never staff, i only saw someone cleaning once and my room was never cleaned for the 4 days i stayed here, the fan was full of dust, by day two we were out of toilet paper and you could reach no one. I spoke a few guests in the hotel and someone said they didn’t recieve a key card and another person could not even get into their room because he hadnt heard of the hotel, the only thing that was good is that it was clean on arrival and that the location was perfect

There is nothing on the negative side. The area is noisy, but this did not bother me. There is not aircon, but the fan does a great job. The room was not spacious, but no more space was needed. I had all that was needed for a two day stay. Being close to everything that matters, feeling safe and comfortable.

I missed the material in the reception, going straight to and from my room. Otherwise I would have found helpful stuff.

Я прибула до готелю на годину пізніше запланованого, а саме о 8й вечора. Мені ніхто не відкривав, але на щастя незабаром приїхала пара інших мешканців - і завдяки їм я змогла потрапити до приміщення. Хазяїн по телефону не відповідав, і я вирішила залишитися до ранку хоча б у коридорі.

The room is located to the main street, the room was very warm and there is a fan but no AC. I had to open the window and I couldn't sleep because of the noise. There should be AC for hot periods. Room would have less furniture

The blinds in my room, which were between two window panes ie. In the window itself, were broken. So anyone from the roof opposite looking out could have seen me in bed.

Also, the staff didn't respond to any communication requests over the platform. All the necessary information was sent, but there was no response to queries.

the plug sockets in my room didn't fit the standard European plugs type C, only type L. So I had to charge my phone in the corridor outside where luckily type C did fit.

Manca aria condizionata. Il ventilatore a disposizione poteva sicuramente essere pulito meglio…c’era un po’ di polvere sulla griglia

Esperienza da non rifare e noi ci adattiamo veramente a tutto, ma è stato un insieme di cose allucinanti.
Senza aria condizionata, fuori 49 gradi, ventilatore a piantana per fare girare l'aria, mentre tornavamo in camera quasi mi hanno rigettato in testa da un'altra camera e dico quasi, perché ci siamo spostati appena in tempo.
In tutto ciò in reception non c'era nessuno e più ospiti si sono lamentati.

- Zimmer total überheizt, da clevererweise die Fenster tagsüber offen gelassen wurden - an Schlaf war nicht zu denken
- kein WIFI, da Passwort nicht bekannt - das war insofern ein Problem, als dass der Empfang des normalen Netzes äußerst schwach war
- Rezeption nicht besetzt
- keine Antwort auf Kontakt über booking
- schmutzige Einrichtung
- nur eine freie Steckdose
- auch morgens niemand an der Rezeption, der die Citytax hätte kassieren können -

Insgesamt muss hier noch einmal über den Preis geredet werden. WLAN war Bestandteil des Angebotes und es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen nicht klimatisiert und aus Schlampigkeit quasi unbewohnbar

No tienen aire acondicionado y en Trieste hace muchisima calor. Y las camas no son muy cómodas. El baño es pequeño y cuando tiras de la cadena hace mucho ruido. Para 1 o 2 noches esta bien.
