Buena calefacción, buen tamaño de la habitación.

Cons:

Hotel muy viejo y descuidado, poca mantención y actualización.
Además la ubicación en el centro no lo hace muy seguro para salir de noche.
La cama no muy confortable.
Desayuno pobre en cantidad y calidad de sus productos.
Televisión muy antigua y servicio de cable muy básico.

Lugar muito precário; gostei de chegar tarde e ter portaria aberta.

Cons:

Aspecto muito ruim, tudo muito Velho; roupa de cama precária; se tiver rinite alérgica, pode ter uma crise, cobertor horrível.

Quarto muito limpo, localizado vem no centro da cidade. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários muito amáveis. Voltaria com certeza.

La ubicación es excelente, en el centro de Chillán a una cuadra de la Plaza de Armas y a 15 minutos caminando de la Estación de Trenes. El personal muy amable y con mucha disposición a ayudar. El precio es bastante conveniente para la calidad del servicio entregado.

Cons:

El agua caliente de la ducha no siempre salía lo suficiente mente temperada. Por lo demás todo bien.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, además la ubicación es excelente, queda en el microcentro de Chillán. Tiene estacionamiento, tiene desayuno muy rico, nada que decir.

Pros:

Habitación de gran tamaño, muy cómoda. Cama amplia y con ropa de cama adecuada para el frío. Bien iluminada. Desayuno muy completo y desde las 7AM ideal para jornada de trabajo. Ubicación inmejorable, personal muy amable.

Cons:

Pasillos con poca mantención (pintura descascarada, moqueta incompleta). Iluminación fría en espacios comunes y pasillos.
