El personal fue muy amable, además la ubicación es excelente, queda en el microcentro de Chillán. Tiene estacionamiento, tiene desayuno muy rico, nada que decir.

Pros:

Habitación de gran tamaño, muy cómoda. Cama amplia y con ropa de cama adecuada para el frío. Bien iluminada. Desayuno muy completo y desde las 7AM ideal para jornada de trabajo. Ubicación inmejorable, personal muy amable.

Cons:

Pasillos con poca mantención (pintura descascarada, moqueta incompleta). Iluminación fría en espacios comunes y pasillos.

Estafa en Chillán
Pros:

Me gusta la amabilidad de los recepcionistas, hasta me dieron un regalito por ser cliente frecuente. Las toallas del baño muy limpias y suaves, el lugar silencioso, un buen desayuno.

Cons:

Una pared manchada con no sé qué, un soporte de ducha que se cayó, manchas en los pisos del baño que salen con un aseo profundo.

Sencillo pero eficiente, el personal hace la diferencia
Pros:

El comedor estaba en un lugar donde yo no podía acceder, el personal fue extremadamente gentil, me llevaron el desayuno donde estaba, una delicadeza y preocupación impagables muchas gracias, eso hace la diferencia
