Pros:

Gostei muito do hotel em si, funcionários super simpáticos.
A limpeza estava ótima e a localização também mas não se quisesses andar a pé.

Cons:

A única coisa que foi um pouco chato, foi que liguei para o serviço de quartos a pedir por um ferro de engomar, a qual disseram-me que já seria entregue.
Passou meia hora e voltei a ligar e disseram que achavam que teria sido entregue mas ainda não.
Depois disso quando vi já tinha passado quase 2 horas e ligava e ligava ao serviço de quartos e ninguém atendia mais.
Nisto tudo pedi o ferro de engomar eram 10h e só entregaram-no eram já 12h. O que atrasou-me para os meus compromissos.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel! De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel, het personeel was vriendelijk en de service was uitstekend. Een speciale dank aan Kawtar, de lieve medewerkster bij de receptie. Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Dankzij haar warme glimlach en fijne ontvangst voelden we ons meteen welkom. Ze heeft ons verblijf extra bijzonder gemaakt!
