Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.

-Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodations and fines from 99€.
-Losing the key has a penalty of 49€.

Pros:

È situata in centro, quindi se si vuole passare la maggior parte del tempo fuori va benissimo ma non è ottimale per stare più tempo tranquilli in stanza

Cons:

Per accedere la serratura della porta della stanza dava problemi perché era troppo dura e quindi ci voleva un pò di tempo prima che si riuscisse ad aprire..poi nella stanza non c’era neanche un armadio dove mettere i vestiti e inoltre nella zona cucina mancava il tavolo.
Può capitare che ci siano anche degli scarafaggi

Getting in was like solving a puzzle, the location was a little different and the get in number for calling didnt work. We were lucky people opened doors for us from the inside. The accommodation owner was helpful.

Pros:

Die Lage und das Zimmer mit dem Fenster. Kochnische. (Anscheinend gibt es auch Zimmer ohne Fenster.) Trotz der zentralen Lage war das Zimmer sehr ruhig und man hat nichts von der partymeile gehört! Top! 👍🏼 Sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

An sich war es relativ gut. Allerdings haben wir Küche und Bad mit Kakerlaken geteilt. Es soll nicht abschrecken. Für mich war es eine neue Erfahrung.

Außerdem habe ich auf den Check-in bis 15 Uhr gewartet. Als ich endlich alle Infos bekam und mit den Codes und Anrufen die Türen öffnen sollte, kam es zu einem technischen Fehler, nicht meinerseits. Auf meine Anrufe und Nachrichten bezüglich des fehlerhaften Check-ins wurde erst nach 40 min reagiert und per Telefon vom Personal „ausnahmsweise“ geöffnet. Das brachte mich in eine schwierige Situation, da ich noch einen Termin hatte und bis zum Busbahnhof weiter musste.. mein Gedanke dabei ist, dass man wenigstens zu den typischen Check-in Zeiten etwas Aufmerksamer sein könnte.es wurde auch Bescheid gegeben, dass man um x Uhr ankommt. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to the centre.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. In order to check in you should call to a foreign number (from Belgium and the USA) and the door would be automatically opened. However, it was not easy and didn’t work like that, so I called to their spanish number that could be found in booking and asking them for help. At least they helped me.

Buen precio para la ubicación pero mal ya que tiene plaga de cucarachas en zonas comunes y baño, terrible!
