Probably not prepared for the heat wave (which is quite normal though)

3 plantas sin ascensor. La habitacion fue un puro horno todas las tardes/noches. No habia persiana ni estaba bien aislada.. Escribimos al host para ver si podia darnos otro ventilador y su respuesta fue “la ventana abre y cierra”. Súper borde. Una noche nos escribio para decirnos o echarnos en cara que en la planta de abajo habia una fuga de agua, asique duchas cortas y nada de agua caliente.. increible.

A little noisy, hard to get luggage up to the room

It was 3 rd floor and and bathroom tap wasn’t working and couldn’t shut main door to rooms near the kitchen

My biggest disappointment was the lack of clear communication. Before arriving, I asked if it would be possible to have a room on a lower floor. I had originally booked a room with a private bathroom, but nobody informed me that moving to a lower floor would mean changing to a much smaller room with a shared bathroom.
After checking in, I realized the room was not what I had expected and contacted the hotel to ask whether I could return to my original room on the third floor. Unfortunately, I was told that it was no longer available. As a result, I ended up sharing a bathroom with several other guests on the floor.
The room itself was also very small, with only a bed and a tiny bedside table. In addition, the carpets throughout the hotel seemed dusty and not very hygienic. The shared bathroom was not cleaned properly, and when so many people are using the same facilities, regular cleaning should be provided.
I would recommend that the hotel communicate room changes and facilities more clearly in advance so guests know exactly what to expect. I also found the management quite inflexible when I tried to resolve the issue.

Wir wussten schon im Vorfeld aus vorherigen Bewertungen, dass die Ausstattung nicht ganz so gut ist. Allerdings hatte das Zimmer eher Hostel-Gefühl und die Dusche war sehr lange kalt. Allgemein hatten wir das Gefühl, dass es nicht so sauber war, vor allem der Teppich.

The stairs were a challenge (top/third floor) and it's a bit loud as it's on a street near busy nightlife, plus the nearby trains and the frequent emergency vehicles passing. There are ear plugs there though so owner is doing their best to help. It does get a little warm but we slept with an open window, there's a screen to cover it to keep the worst of the heat out and a fan is provided too, so again - helpful owner. Shared kitchen doesn't really work when there is another family on the same floor, there's a very small dining area with just two chairs and a little table but we ate out so didn't need to use it.

We were locked out of our room as another guest left their key in the communal kitchen area as they thought they had private use on the whole area. Luckily they were still awake
