Las vistas son increíbles, y el staff super amable

Good location, breakfast, bed and showers
Staff. Unable to take ownership for their faults. I was moved room 3 times without apology.
I didn't receive the room I booked.
First room had 3 single beds not what I booked. Staff blamed booking.com
Second room was the room I booked but was asked to move room mid showering. Previous guests never returned the key.
Third room I stayed in although it was not the room I booked. It had a double bed and other single beds not the view I booked either.
I had been hiking all day I wanted to rest instead I had to climb 4 floors threes and move room 3 times (once mid showering)

Está justo en frente de las vías del tren y de una cancha de fútbol, hay mucho ruido constante. El desayuno no es bueno, solo hay un par de opciones repetidas cada día, el primer día nos ofrecieron huevos y luego ya no.

Personnel très agréable et conciliant, nous avons même pu avoir nos petit-déjeuners à emporter tôt le matin. Chambre et salle de bain très agréables.
É golpe! Cuidado! O Hotel estava fechado recebi uma mensagem de alguém que me levaria a algum outro hotel que parecia muito mal localizado, não aceitei e tive que procurar outra opção de hospedagem de ultima hora.

Staff was nice , breakfast was very good.
It s close to the train station and it was very noisy. All day and night people were playing instruments singing or dancing, and there was this smell of fuel from the trains constantly.

La chambre était bien, confortable spacieuse, la salle de bain aussi
L’emplacement très bien pas loin de tout.
La vue était jolie en face des montagnes (en face de la gare aussi donc par moment un peu bruyant mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles ça allait bien)

Le petit déjeuner se termine à 8h, et le check out 9h. Personnellement j’ai trouvé que c’était très tôt comparer à d’autres endroit. On avait 2 jours on voulait profiter de se reposer un peu mais il fallait se lever à 7h30 pour prendre le petit déjeuner
On a été débité 20€ de plus, j’ai réservé à un prix et sur booking il était écrit qu’il y a une taxe appliquée à 18% pour les habitants du Pérou donc pas concernés je réserve et finalement il nous appliquent cette taxe quand même donc ça change pas mal le prix au final. Même si on a montré nos passport et un document du gouvernement avec notre date d’entrée sur le territoire et qu’on est touristes l’hôtel n’a pas voulu exonéré avec ma confirmation à l’appui montrant le prix que j’ai réservé j’ai quand du payer 20€ de plus . Et booking dit que c’est à l’hôtel de le faire qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire. Et beaucoup d’hôtel fonctionnent comme ça apparement
