Cleanliness
1
Not mentioned in reviews; defaulted to the target overall rating (no specific cleanliness feedback provided).
Service
1
Mixed sentiment: multiple guests praise Markos/Marcus as very helpful and empathetic, but one guest experienced a last-minute cancellation with poor communication, creating a notable negative service incident.
Location
1
Consistently praised as centrally located, in front of the Biennale, walkable to restaurants/cafes and transport—reviewers highlight excellent positioning for Fort Kochi/Biennale access.
Room Quality
1
Generally positive: guests like the vintage/colonial ambience, teak beds, wooden floors and balcony; one comment notes the bathroom and A/C could use renewal, so some elements need updating.
Amenities
1
Mixed/negative: breakfast is praised (see Food), but specific mentions of bathroom and A/C needing renewal indicate shortcomings in onsite amenities and comfort.
Value for Money
1
Not explicitly discussed in reviews; defaulted to the target overall rating (no direct comments about price vs. value).
Food and Beverage
1
Strong positive sentiment: breakfasts described as varied and abundant; hosts accommodated dietary preferences (cooking without spice) and guests found the food very tasty.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: many guests report memorable, home-like stays and express intent to return, but the severe negative incident of a last-minute booking cancellation (with poor handling) significantly damaged overall perception for affected guests.
