The room was dirty, no toilet amenities were there in the washroom

I did not like anything in this hotel, there were a lot of dirt in it and there were hairs on the pillow and cushion and bedsheet and all over the room it was not even cleaned And the dustbin there hadn't been cleaned, and there were Gutke (Kamla pasand etc) in the drawers. , the bathroom was also not good and the biggest thing They charged me Rs 250 as I had come a little before the check in time, I had to wait for 15 minutes for the room, I would suggest you to choose another hotel as it is a bit expensive there But it should be good and clean.
They are fraud, didn't allot room even you prebook for profit

The man at reception is very rude.Is don’t have any sense of respect or know how to manage a hotel. We literally cried upon giving an extra pillow and a towel . Not to forget the room are extremely small so don’t book for 3 people . I don’t recommend to go for this stay.

This hotel is great value for money. The room was small but clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful, and the location was central, making it easy to access the city’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit. Highly recommend it for budget travelers...

Worst experience and worst customer service, Caretaker was rude. No water bottles were provided, AC/TV/Geyser not working, I will not recommend to anyone.

Our stay was very comfortable and satisfactory. Great hospitality, cleanliness and room was quite spacious.
The staffs are soo friendly, the room service centre and cleanliness is excellent and moreover it's a perfect value for money stay.
Rooms were excellent, great condition, well behaved staff, prompt service. everything top notch. Value for money. 100% would recommend!
