The hotel does everything a great hotel should!
Pros:

Location is excellent; next to the main square and 10 mins from the old square.
The hotel was spotless, beds comfy, bathroom great with a shower that had good pressure.
The rooms also had an espresso machine which for me made it perfect. I was quite poorly the day we were checking out and th hotel did everything they could to help; they were very patient. All staff were very good.

Location Location!! Near trains and trams when you want to go to Epernay or catch the tram to the TGV

Great location but an expensive breakfast
Pros:

Super central location with secure public carpark right in front of the hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly, helpful and English speaking

Cons:

The breakfast for 23 Euros (?) wasn't a real option for us, as we would have been happy with a croissant and a coffee, but not for that price. Just down the high street, there a a few breakfast joints where you can get this for far less money.
