Pros:

Zeer goede bediening ; even zo goede bedden ; prima ontbijt. Meer hoeft er niet gezegd te worden.

Cons:

Last van de airco 's nachts (kamer aan de binnenplaats waar buiten de ventilatoren stonden). Bij open raam behoorlijk veel lawaai. Ook wat kleinere technische mankementjes in de kamer. Zou niet mogen voor zo'n hotel.

Breakfast is EUR 23 per person which is pretty extreme for a non-luxury hotel in a city like Reims

Niet alle personeelsleden houden van hun vak. Een paar heel erg en die waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar er waren er ook een paar die beter een ander vak kunnen kiezen.

Perfect location and lovely city

Decor, location, bathroom, cleanliness.

No formal reception, just a table in a room,
Not even as you walk through the doors. Didn’t like having to walk through a unkept courtyard to get to our lift especially with our luggage. It felt like we were going to some second class accommodation. The breakfast look very poor for the cost with little choice and near to nothing for a vegan. The TV had no channels so couldn’t watch the World Cup.
The water bottles were a good idea but from our room we had to go down in the lift then needed to walk all the way through the courtyard again to refill so maybe put water fountains on each floor.
The hotel is lovely but we feel these things would improve it.
Maybe staff should know more about places to park with a van such as the train station as on street parking is limited to 2 hours then return and if you’re out visiting places that is impossible to do.
No fridge in room which I would expect with 4 star

Frokostpersonalet var nærmest sure da vi kom 30 min før frokosten stengte. Det var også tomt for en del av tilbudet.
