El diseño del hotel es muy bonito, diferente, las habitaciones son muy cómodas.
La atención es muy buena y amable, es grande aunque los jardines son incomodos porque son en bajada.
La alberca no está lista para su uso desde las 8 am, estaba sucia, faltó que la aspiraran y pusieron el sistema de calefacción tarde.
Cobran el estacionamiento y no resurtieron las cápsulas de café.

en el bufet dominical te dicen que esta todo incluido el cafe cuantos vasos puedas tomar el agua etc
pero en la cuenta te cobran un servicio de bebidasaprte y no hay forma de evitarlo
La atención por parte del personal fue maravillosa, nos ayudaron en todo y siempre de buena forma. Las instalaciones en excelente estado. Ideal para descansar

Mi opinion es que aunque el restaurante Japones es muy bueno, deberian dar la opcion de comida y cena del restaurante Mexicano-Internacional.
Mi esposa por ejemplo es alergica a mariscos y pescados.
Que cobren el estacionamiento da muy mala impresion, maxime si estas tomando dos habitaciones por dos o mas noches. Si aun ese costo lo ocultan en el precio final, no se ve bien.
