ХУДШИЙ ОПЫТ ПРОЖИВАНИЯ

Мы забронировали этот отель на 2 ночи (с 9 по 11 число). Фактически приехали 10-го и сразу оплатили проживание — с нас списали деньги за 2 ночи. И только после оплаты сотрудница сообщила, что один день уже прошёл, осталась лишь одна ночь. Она также сказала, что мы могли бы отменить старую бронь и создать новую. На вопрос, почему об этом не сообщили до оплаты, ответ был: «Я думала, вы в курсе».

Оплата и курс валюты: Booking.com показывал примерную стоимость — около 146 евро. По факту с карты сняли 170 евро. Списание прошло в евро по внутреннему, крайне невыгодному курсу отеля. Разница — 24 евро, и о ней нас никто не предупредил.

Персонал: Отдельно хочу сказать о сотруднице на ресепшен. Это человек, который, кажется, ненавидит свою работу и всех, кто к ней обращается. Ни приветствия, ни улыбки — только холодный, тяжёлый взгляд, будто мы своим появлением испортили ей весь день. Разговаривала она сквозь зубы, с нескрываемым раздражением, и на каждый наш вопрос отвечала так, словно мы отнимаем у неё время. Ощущение было не как у гостя отеля, а как у незваного визитёра, которому здесь совершенно не рады. Никакого желания помочь, никакого участия — только глухое недовольство и надменность.

Номер: Нас заселили в номер 101 — без окон. Внутри стоял сильный запах подвала, который, по-видимому, пытались перебить химическим средством. Смесь запаха сырости и химии делала пребывание в номере невыносимым. Мы находились на улице до глубокой ночи и зашли в номер только чтобы поспать. Потолок в номере очень низкий. Нигде нет никаких предупреждающих знаков. Мой муж получил травму головы. Полное ощущение, что ты живешь в подвале.

Последствия: Утром я проснулась с температурой и ужасной головной болью . Уверена, что причина — плесень, невыносимый химический запах в номере и ужасный уровень влажности.

Итог: Больше одной ночи здесь не выдержать. Никому не рекомендую.

Schön gestaltetes Hotel bei dem man sich wohlfühlt
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Zimmer waren sauber und top ausgestattet. Sehr schöne und natürliche Ausstattung im Zimmer mit Holz und Stein. Der Pool ist groß genug um darin ein paar kleine Bahnen zu schwimmen und sich zu erfrischen. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, sogar für Veganer eine gute Auswahl möglich.

Ubicación perfecta, junto al castillo de Orthaisar y a la zona de servicios del pueblo. Habitación espectacular (la suite con jacuzzi), con camas cómodas (nos pusieron un colchón supletorio al suelo, pero perfectamente cómodo).
Es un hotel boutique grande, muy recomendable.

Cons:

Coincidimos en que el desayuno no nos convenció, faltaban opciones básicas, de repostería, fruta o producto local.

Cats were more welcoming than the staff
Pros:

Location is superb. View is amazing. Room was a proper cave room, little dark I think because of being the cave with fresh air challenges but it was okay for one night. Bathroom was clean and big with nice amenities. I also liked the spa; opening hours 2pm–10pm, and it was clean when I was there. The lady at the reception during my check-in was friendly and professional. She was kind enough to let us check in slightly earlier. The cats in the garden were a cute detail

Cons:

Staff was awkward, I think there are operational issues at the hotel.

None of the cushions were on the chairs on the terrace, and when we asked them to place them, it was a crisis amongst the team. After placing them, they even questioned us why we weren't sitting after we'd asked. Another odd moment: we stayed at the terrace floor, the bottom.

The staff was airing the duvets from the upper floors, so all the dirt and dust came down on us. We warned them and they apologised.

Breakfast was just random stuff; representation and quality is something I doubt is there.

In summary, I would not recommend the hotel if you are looking for a decent stay with some hospitality. The cats were more welcoming than some staff.

El trato del personal, las habitaciones estaban sucias y no habian cambiado las sabanas del anterior huesped. El desayuno muy escaso, sin apenas fruta. Un dia pudimos tomar leche caliente y tortilla y al dia siguiente, pedimos lo mismo y nos dijeron que era un extra y habia que pagarlo.

Trato del personal, habitacion con dos camas cuando habia pedido cama de matrimonio, sucia con los geles a medio empezar por anteriores huespedes, sin papel higienico de repuesto. Mucho ruido desde las 4 de la mañana que impedia el descanso y desayuno con muy poca variedad, apenas fruta que ademas estaba verde, un dia pedimos tortilla y que nos calentaran la leche, sin problemas y al dia siguiente, al pedir lo mismo nos dijeron que era un extra que habia que pagar.

Beautiful rooms, good breakfast
Pros:

Unreal experience sleeping in a hotel that replicates a cave just modernised! The rooms were very spacious, very comfortable and very clean. The restaurant staff, cleaning staff and one man who assisted with our luggage upon check-in, were so kind and helpful. There are some good restaurants nearby, and grocery stores but otherwise your main town for exploring is likely Göreme which is only a 10 minute drive away.

Cons:

We booked the sunrise horse riding and Turkish night show through the hotel which we later realised costed us double the price of if we were to book in Göreme with a local vendor. So I would look elsewhere to book activities. Also two of the front desk staff were quite rude when trying to pay. They undercharged us initially, then had to add on additional fees that we were trying to get further clarification on but were met with frustration and anger from the staff.

El trato del personal, viajamos por una fiesta familiar, reservamos 4 hsbitaciones y les pedimos que tuvieran vistas y estuvieran relativamente cercanas porque visjabamos con personas de 77 y 79 sños al hacer la reserva 2 meses antes. Les avisamos desde hacia dias que llegariamos tarde, el dia de la llrgada se lo volvimos a avisar por la mañana y cuando llegamos, a los abuelos les dieron una habitacion con unas escaleras empinadisimas de acceso, con vistas a una pared debajo de un arco, otra habitacion con dos ventanucos pequeños con las mismas vistas ... tras hora y media de reclamaciones, enseñarnos cada vez peores hsbitaciones nos dijeron que no era posible mas cambios porque tenian el hotel lleno. Tuvimos que amoldarnos a lo que ellos quisieron. Teniamos mesa reservada en su restaurante para cenar a las 9 de la noche, por culpa de ellos tuvimos que cenar a las 10 y media de la noche y, ademas, nos avisaron los camareros que a las 11 cerraban las cocinas. las habitaciones sucias, no habian cambiado las sabanas del huesped anterior en dos de ellas, los geles y champus a medio usar por anteriores huespedes, sin papel higienico de repuesto. En el baño hay una unica percha para colgar todas las toallas.
El desayuno con muy poca variedad, la fruta verde, el cafe muy malo. Tomamos un dia una tortilla y pedimos que nos calentaran la leche, sin problema, y al dia siguiente, al pedir lo mismo, nos dijeron que era un extra que habia que pagar.
Un DESASTRE de hotel en su gestion y servicios.

Nella stanza 119 il bagno puzzava di fogna la colazione scarsa e con poche cose dolci consiglio di guardare bene quando prenotate perché le foto non corrispondono alle stanze che vi assegnano!

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Établissement à l’architecture originale, très étonnant, dans un village calme mais mignon, avec des restaurants sympas, à quelques minutes de voiture des principales villes et attractions. Chambres toutes différentes : la nôtre était très grande. Beaucoup d’escaliers. Piscine petite mais rafraîchissante.

Cons:

Service parfois inégal, des personnes très accueillantes et d’autres un peu moins

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Pool-Möglichkeit
Pros:

Das Personal war relativ freundlich.
Ein ganz großes Lob an die Damen aus dem SPA-Bereich, sie haben wirklich hervorragende Arbeit geleistet.
Die Betten waren komfortabel und das Zimmer war sauber.
Ortahisar ist weniger touristisch als viele andere Orte in der Region. Wir würden es besonders Gästen empfehlen, die Ruhe und eine authentischere Atmosphäre suchen.

Cons:

Das Personal war teilweise etwas zurückhaltend (außer wenn es darum ging uns Aktivitäten zu verkaufen)
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns nicht überzeugt. Insbesondere das Gemüse, die Eier und auch das Gebäck waren nicht besonders frisch. Sauna und Massage haben gepasst. Hammam und Dampfbad rochen unangenehm.
Pool war gut zur Abkühlung, kann allerdings überfüllt werden da kleiner Bereich.
