Too Dark, Mattress on the floor, no bedside lights only main light no tv in room and no window.

No television and tea making facilities in the room. Mattress on the floor, no bedside lights, far too dark in the corridors
Convenient
No windows, and I was unable to dim down the lights around the bed only. The LED around the bed was on the same circuit as the spots in the roof. This made it so that I had to turn off all the lights. The room was too bright.
When I woke up the next morning I could not find the light switch and was fumbling around in the dark searching for it. It was also really difficult to wake up in a completely dark room. I also questioned how safe this type of hotell is when you only have one escape route.
It was really new, the staff are verg helpful, aircon was a bonus as there was a heat wave up to 34⁰C. The room looked kinda small but it's larger than it seems and it was really comfortable living in it. The matress, pillow and duvet was also really comfortable.
My girlfriend and I both had a really good time living in it!
The bedsheets and duvet was not cleaned at all during the stay which I didn't really like.
Location was kinda meh as it takes like 40 mins minimum to get to Central London and 50 minutes to Euston and London eye.
Shower curtains can be longer or use a glass slide door even as the water always spill out during shower.

One of the best things about the hotel was its convenient location close to public transportation, as well as the reasonable price, which made it a practical option.
Before my arrival, I politely requested extra attention to dust cleaning because I have allergies. I was a bit surprised to learn that additional cleaning would come with extra charges, especially since the request was made before check-in.
Upon arrival, I also noticed a few cleanliness issues, such as some coffee stains on the floor and a few details that could have been better maintained. In addition, the room did not have a window, which felt a little uncomfortable and made the stay less relaxing for me.
Another thing I did not like was that the room did not include basic amenities such as a kettle. Even if you wanted hot water, you had to buy it from a machine at the reception for a relatively high price, which was inconvenient.
The staff also did not feel very warm or welcoming during my stay. The check-in time at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM was slightly inconvenient as well.
It was really calm and relaxing, no outside noises+ the staff was really friendly and helpful if we needed. The location was great not very busy with tourists and it felt calmer. i would definitely book again !
I feel like we could have used a fridge or a cooler at least to store some of our food, and in the common areas it would have been great to have a microwave at least or just a kettle to be able to just heat our food/ drinks.
A standard hotel, with minimum fuss, but this is obviously reflected in the price. Lovely clean sheets and room had a calm feeling, good sound proofing, heard no noise!
The bed was a little too hard for my liking and was set on a low plinth, a little hard for me to get on and off.
