La ubicación, el aire acondicionado y las instalaciones fueron lo mejor.
El personal era bastante incompetente, pedimos un paquete para que llegara al hotel y a pesar de que nos llegó un correo como que estaba entregado nos perdieron el paquete. No nos solucionaron nada ni nos ayudaron a encontrarlo. Simplemente lo perdieron y no se hicieron responsables de nada. La verdad que considero no nos ayudaron en nada y no se preocuparon por ayudarnos.
Con respecto a la habitación hubiese estado bien una ventana pero ya sabíamos que no tenía. Y el baño el agua se sale constantemente de la ducha y se inunda el baño hagas lo que hagas porque la cortina no llega al suelo.

I was going to a concert at the O2, this hotel was in a very convenient location with easy access to public transport. The room was actually really nice and comfortable too.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est très beau, propre et le personnel est agréable, accueillant et toujours disponible.
La chambre était identique aux photos, bien agencée, propre et climatisée, ce qui était très appréciable. L’emplacement est également idéal, à proximité du centre, avec des bus qui passent juste devant l’hôtel, et ce 24h/24.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !!!!
