This place is disgusting, unsafe and not NOT livable. Pictures was blurred due to disturbing images !

ZERO STARS — Absolutely Horrible Experience

If I could give this property ZERO STARS, I would. This was one of the most disappointing and unpleasant accommodation experiences we have ever had.

We did not sleep a wink. The smell inside the home was absolutely unbearable. There was a strong, disgusting odour throughout the property that smelled strongly of pet urine. It was so bad that we had to cover our noses and wear masks just to breathe comfortably.

The home was, in our experience, filthy, unhygienic, and completely unsuitable for paying guests. This went far beyond normal wear and tear or a property simply needing some cleaning. The overall condition made us extremely uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.

How can a property in this condition be offered to paying guests as an Airbnb? Guests are paying their hard-earned money expecting a clean, sanitary and reasonably comfortable place to sleep. Instead, we were left dealing with an overwhelming smell and an environment where we couldn’t even get a proper night’s rest.

FUTURE GUESTS: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. Based on our experience, the condition of this home was completely unacceptable.

FULL REFUND REQUESTED

Given the unacceptable condition of the property, the overwhelming odour, the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene, and the fact that we were unable to sleep or reasonably enjoy the accommodation, I believe we are entitled to a FULL REFUND for our stay.

We paid for accommodation that was supposed to provide a clean and habitable place to stay. What we received did not meet that basic expectation.

We would never stay here again, and future guests deserve to know about our experience before spending their money on this property.

ZERO STARS. ZERO SLEEP. ZERO COMFORT. FULL REFUND EXPECTED.

Cons:

Pets don’t even deserve to stay at that house. It was the most disturbing, horrible and disgusting home I have ever seen for a long time. Just the smell of seems like, animal urine and poops! It was disgraceful! After missing my flight back to ottawa, all I want was a comfortable night. Instead I dint sleep a wink. I got there at 1:30 am and left there at 5:30. I was exhausted! Business/ place like that should not be allowing to run a business.

For a quick, cheap overnight stay, it is okay.
Pros:

There was nothing to really like except it was close to a bus route. The place appeared clean.

Cons:

What is described on the site is not what you get. It felt like a dorm room with a shared bathroom. The bed was okay comfortwise but there was only a duvet, no top sheet which I found strange. I could hear noise at 5 AM from upstairs. I did not like the fact the lady insisted on an etransfer for payment.

Overall my stay was okay and the host was nice to me.
Pros:

The host was very accommodating and I was allowed adequate privacy during my stay.
The internet worked very well.

Cons:

The shower facilities need a bit of improvement. Guests had to use same shower/bath as the family.
