Una estancia cómoda, céntrica y a buen precio
Pros:

El personal fue super amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesitara. La cama era muy cómoda, además, y la ubicación en la zona de Providencia, inmejorable: una calle bien situada, segura y tranquila.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba rico, pero ofrecía poca variedad. El baño estaba limpio, pero necesitaba pequeñas reparaciones por el paso del tiempo. Aun así, merece la pena ir.

Descanso agradable.
Pros:

Sobre todo personal muy amable, eso da un plus, muy buena ubicación, desayuno excelente, las camas buenas, te dan recomendaciones y te guardan el equipaje, los recomendaria.

Cons:

En la habitación se escucha lo que hablan en los pasillos.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I had to depart very early in the morning and they made me a breakfast to go. Which was very substantial and much appreciated. I was only there for a one night stopover and was very suitable for me. There is coffee and tea available all day to help yourself to. You can hear people when they return to their rooms which is to be expected when in a B&B also the rooms are not totally dark so having an sleep mask helps. The room itself is large and the bathroom is huge.

Cons:

There was no hot water but I didnt tell them as I was exhausted after a long flight and just had a cold shower which was very refreshing. Im am sure it would have been fixed if i had let them know

Buena ubicación, un desayuno acotado pero con buena atención, la habitación es muy amplia, las fotos no lo demuestran.

Cons:

Se podría mejorar la aislación acústica de la puerta, se siente el ruido de las personas en los pasillos.

La atención del personal fue excelente. Todos muy preocupados por dar un excelente servicio. La cama por lejos lo mejor. Muy buen desayuno. Y la ubicación es excelente, en una calle tranquila y a pasos del metro Montt.

Cons:

Hay varios detalles por mejorar, sobretodo en la mantención en especifico del baño. La habitación que nos asignaron era bastante estrecha y se escuchaba mucho ruido de otras habitaciones y de gritería.

simplemente encantadora, lo disfrutamos mucho

Rufus es el mejor anfitrión del planeta! los empleados del lugar un 10!!!! el ambiente es super acogedor, mejoraría algunas cosas como un desayuno más completo en cuanto a frutas, yogur saludable (natural descremado y sin endulzar) -por ejemplo-, granola saludable. En cuanto a las habitaciones, les faltaría un poco de calefacción y quizás alguna percha o perchero más en los baños, sobretodo para la toalla de mano. Revisen la flor de la ducha de la habitación amarilla.

la escalera, no es q no me gustó, me daba un poco de miedo, pienso q si viaja una persona con dificultades motrices o más grande en edad q yo, estaría en dificultades, pero supongo q es insalvable.
