Buen apartamento cerca de estación central de Munich
Pros:

Departamento muy buena ubicación cerca de estación de tren, nos gustó mucho el lavarropas, tender, y estar cerca de los medios de transporte. Se puede acceder al centro caminando. Las camas cómodas, el acceso al departamento bien explicado.

Cons:

El baño un poco pequeño, se suele llenar de agua al bañarse, el espacio del inodoro es reducido, la tapa estaba rota. En la cocina faltaban algunos utensilios como ollas. La mesa algo chica para cuatro, faltaba una silla y las toallas de mano. Hubo demora y falta de respuesta por parte del administrador.

Cons:

As fotos não são a realidade do apartamento. Apartamento não dispunha de panelas suficiente para um refeicao simples , poucos talheres e utensílios de forma em geral. Os chuveiros estavam entupidos , bem como os ralos também . Roupa de cama com odor desagradável . Não recomendo pois foram detalhes primordiais para uma boa estadia para nós .

La ubicación, cerca de la estación de trenes.

Cons:

El departamento en general me decepcionó, sobre todo pensando en la relación precio-calidad. Se entra por un garage muy deteriorado que no figura en las fotos. No funcionaba la calefacción. La habitación estaba descuidada, sobraban muebles y estanterías como si hubieran acumulado cosas diversas para ocupar el espacio. Los platos no eran aptos para el microondas. No tuvimos wifi porque no nos respondieron el mensaje hasta 24 horas después de la llegada. En fin, mucho para mejorar.

Prezzo vantaggioso, basterebbe poco per rendere l'appartamento più carino.

L'intervento dell'Host per una richiesta che ho fatto.

Cons:

L'alloggio ha poca manutenzione, scarico dell'acqua della doccia intasato, scarico WC guasto, rubinetto dell'acqua di un lavandino funzionante solo in parte, serratura della porta che da sul balconcino guasta, la mancanza di piu asciugamani,e la totale mancanza di tappetini del bagno, le camere erano senza TV.
