Dezamăgitor.

Locația foarte buna, aproape de centru.

Cons:

Au încălcat legea:deși există parcare pentru handicap,la plecare ni s-a cerut să achitam parcarea. Au fost lungi discuții cu șefa personalului de la recepție,până la urmă am fost nevoiți să plătim, altfel nu ar fi deschis bariera.
Micul dejun destul de prost, a fost același 2 zile la rand.
Nu au venit să facă curățenie sau sa schimbe prosoapele.

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Lage ist absolut top um schnell die Innenstadt zu erreichen, Pool ziemlich frisch, trotzdem entspannend und einfach schön zu genießen.
Frühstück gut, von allem etwas dabei und Kaffee sehr lecker

Cons:

waren im 11 Stock und überrascht das wir nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten, da die Straßengeräusche ziemlich laut waren. Mit Klima dann alles gut.

Foarte corect si bun conform asteptarilor

Exceptand check-in foarte intarziat, am avut un sejur placut.
Pros:

Locarie foarte buna.

Cons:

Din cauza intarzierii avionului, am facut check-in la hotel in jurul orei 04.30 dimineata.
La plecare, am solicitat la receptie, factura sejurului.
Nu am primit-o, sugerandu-mi ca o voi primi pana ajung la Bucuresti.
Nu am primit nimic pana in prezent pentru care dau un calificativ scazut personalului de la receptie.
Ma asteptam chiar la un discount pentru check-in intarziat.

Check in staff were exceptionally unfriendly and rude. One staff member smoked her vape at the check on desk and had a long personal call on her own ( not hotel) phone. Aircon in the new Flores did not work. Despite changing tooms! Loud, repetitive ( one word) techno music for hours on end at the pool. This is a very confused hotel that does not know what it wants to be...
