Not to expectation
Pros:

The room is too small. Bed had occupyed full room. No space to move. No furniture to keep our luggage. The chair was provided. No hot water. Geyser was there but not served the purpose.

The breakfast was good and there were 3 waiters serving .and they were very attending polite and smart

Room phone not connecting to reception .the room boy last night said morning coffee will be served in room at 7am .but didn't showed up

Pros:

Nearest to Uduppi Krishnar koil.
Also nearest to city busstand.You can catch private buses to long distance viz..Mangalore etc... in City busstand.
Convenient.
