Excellent hotel , location and staff very friendly
Pros:

Great location staff excellent , Chiara was one of the best reception staff I have ever encountered , took time to explain location , recommendations to do , friendly and very helpful , room was lovely and clean , 5 mins walk to lake

Alpenchic mitten in der Grossstadt
Pros:

Der Alpenchic-Stil des Hotels und des Restaurants gefällt uns sehr gut. Das Restaurant bietet ein wirklich feines Fondue. Der Bus hält gerade vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Leider war es im Zimmer und auch im Restaurant zu kalt (Mitte Mai 2026 während den Eisheiligen...).

Excellent place to enjoy you visit to Geneva from!
Pros:

Great location, central Geneva, close to the lake and central train station. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable room. Great buffet breakfast in their restaurant, started off our days on a good note! The hotel has a Swiss Alps theme making it feel like a Swiss mountain lodge. Wonderful stay!
