Charming Swiss experience in a city setting.
Pros:

The theme, quaintness and cleanliness of the property.
Nespresso in room, slippers and robes.
Great communication by hotel and staff prior to arrival and during our stay.
City pass for public transportation by hotel.
Beds were comfortable and room was adequately air conditioned.
Restaurant was fun; food was delicious.
Live music. Enjoyed fondue, beef and fish offerings.
Service was excellent.
One block from the water promenade and short walk to shops, bakery and grocery stocked stores.

Cons:

Our room was a connecting family room.
It was perfectly set up, however would have preferred hardwood flooring vs carpeting.

Consider not hanging laundry bags over hallway railings for rooms that needed service.
It spoiled the appeal and the charm of the hotel.
*But the service was excellent by housekeeping.

Cons:

Unfortunately the parking lot is a bit far from the hotel and expensive. We suggest to have provide a discount for the guests or organize a little bus from the parking to the hotel

The location is perfect. Easy access to the lake, the tram, the train station. Good restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The hotel restaurant was a bonus, as it had a complete breakfast buffet that was delicious so that was helpful for early morning trips.

Fantastic, Alpine feel hotel in the heart of Geneva
Pros:

Very Alpine feel, superb standard in the hotel and good facilities!

Cons:

The property was great, a little loud on the street side at night but other than that it was perfect.

Great place to stay in Geneva.
Pros:

Perfect location close to the lake. Loved the lodge motif and the room sizes were fine. The hotel restaurant had delicious fondue!!

5-10 min walk to parking.
