Friendly staff, great room
Nothing, there was a fire alarm evacuation
The room was cost except it looked over the restaurant for the price we paid I would except more . The shower was nice.
The fact the if the curtain was open the ground floor good to see into our room.
After 2 night we had to change to the Mantra which was upstairs.
I had a late flight was told by Fiona the Friday I could still use facilities gym pool etc
While she was on a break whoeve was on desk has no knowledge of myself and my partner even though we paid top dollar for premium accommodation in average location.
My partner had to go back to work on his boat...I literally sat in the lobby for nearly 6 hours.
I highly recommend do not stay at this hotel.

The staff sere excellent - very friendly and helpful, in particular the staff on reception. They knew the area and were able to make good suggestions for dinner.

The king size bed and pillows were soooooo comfortable! The bathroom was beautiful, the food was amazing.
