Comfortable, nice rooms, beautiful location and great facilities at the hotel!
Pros:

The facility is in a beautiful location. The hotel itself has a fantastic sauna, steam room, weights, and lovely pool area. I had a king room with a small suite - it was very well set up and the bathroom was well designed. The bed was great and very comfortable. I loved seeing peacocks walking in the grape vines right outside my hotel in the morning!

Cons:

I think nearly everyone would love this hotel. I didn't like the in room water policy. It's fine to charge the guest for water, but water should be available at the reception (or at the hotel). The hotel couldn't provide more than a tiny plastic bottle due to hotel policy. I was told I could buy water at the restaurant on the related property but I would have to do that before the restaurant closed. I arrived late to the hotel and needed to go to an evening event, so I thought this was inconvenient and not a good gesture of hospitality. Also, I am smell sensitive - the conventional cleaning product smell was strong in the room.

Pros:

Excellent stay. Lovely staff, everyone is extremely polite and willing to help. The beer brewery was a huge success for me and the fact that you get a beer when checking in and the food was just amazing! Huge portions and so tasty. The sauna was excellent and the rooms were beautifully decorated and the views from the suites were so calming.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, welcoming and serene

Cons:

The signage from the road needs some work. One looks for the hotel name and not “Hey Joe” so we missed it and drove out the other side of town. The hotel signage is only visible once you are in the driveway.

Pros:

Une très belle décoration, des lits confortables, le personnel était très attentionné. Nous sommes arrivés au milieu d’une tempête et malgré ça le personnel a fait de son mieux pour que le séjour soit le plus confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner

Fabulous stay @Franschhoek hotel..
Pros:

Staff very friendly and accommodating.. Just 2 days after heavy floods in and around most of Eastern and Western Cape they went out of their way for their guests. ROOM that we stayed in was just fabulous with mountains view and a riverside.. clean, extremely comfortable and well definitely will visit again

Cons:

Nothing all was super.. I wish it was a hot sunny day to make use of the swimming pool

Pros:

The property is absolutely stunning, modern and clean finishes, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff are amazing and so hospitable, they went out of their way to make sure we had a safe and comfortable time.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön gestaltet und hat eine sehr gepflegte schöne Außenanlage. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Einzig die fehlende Tür zwischen Zimmer und Bad ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wurde in der Brauerei und im Biergarten angeboten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein wenig außerhalb von Franschhoek, so dass man auf das Auto angewiesen ist, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Dafür hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

We had the best stay at @franschoekhotel. Would defnitely recommend it yo everyone.
