Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing. Alrich and John were very attentive. The location was perfect as it had a restaurant on the premises and they dropped us off because of the rain. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for the Happy Birthday platter. Was very thoughtful.

A wonderful way to celebrate my birthday in style and comfort. An amazing getaway with my husband.
Pros:

Service was excellent. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our Junior Suite was lovely. Everything was very clean and modern and comfortable. The porters with the golf carts were very helpful since we had one rainy day. The onsite Hey Jo brewery and restaurant served up delicious food and the staff were also amazing! We will definitely go back.

lovely hotel, a few teething issues, but good experience overall.

The room was fabulous

Cons:

The cleaning wasn't great. No one cleaned the fire, or restocked the wood and firelighters etc. buggy to take us there, I think it would have been better to have breakfast available in the hotel building.
I had a knee operation and I didnt realise the restaurant was not in the hotel, and although there was a buggy it would have been better to eat breakfast in the hotel building as it was very cold to walk outside early

Pros:

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff from the minutes we stopped at reception, The staff and the reception the ladies in the restaurant. Our room was absolutely beautiful. Compliments to the chef. I need to give them all their flowers. Room service and cleanliness was on another level. Thank you for hosting us franschhoek.

Cons:

Would've been nice to have a heated pool or a jacuzzi or hot tub.
