Hier wurde auf Biegen und Brechen noch eine weitere Wohnung in das Haus gequetscht
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, Supermärkte und Lokale sind in direkter Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider überzeugt die Wohnung an sich jedoch null.
Sie hat den Charme eines kurz vor Fertigstellung verlassenen Rohbaus. Nicht zu Ende montierte Toilettensitze, fehlende Toilettenpapierhalter und Handtuchhaken und eine Badewanne mit halb abgelöster Silikonnaht unterstreichen dieses Feeling.
Diese Mängel lassen es einem dann leider doch sehr schwer fallen, über eine absolut akustik-undichte Wohnungstür und die Dachschräge direkt im Gesicht bei Betreten der Wohnung, hinweg zu sehen.
Mein Mann hätte sich ausschließlich geduckt in den Zimmern bewegen können.
Die 1,40 m lange Badewanne unter der Dachschräge war leider auch nur für das Kind ein Vergnügen.
Insgesamt leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, Einrichtung modern. Einfache Kommunikation, sichere Stellplätze für Fahrräder vorhanden.
