Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Pool ist gut, das Wasser klar und sauber. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und ausreichend und das Personal nett und frejndlich.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer waren die Duschhalterung, der Handtuchhalter und die Düse am WC nicht fest, so das es mehrmals auseinander fiel. Das Wasser vom Duschen läuft duch das ganze Bad bis zum WC, wo der Abfluss ist.
Die Mazratze vom Bett empfand ich als hart, aber das ist ja meistens so in Indonesien und gehört gensuso dazu wie die Moscheen.

Das Personal ist extrem lieb und zuvorkommend! Toller Pool mit bequemen Liegen, leckeres vielfältiges Frühstück welches sogar auf die Terrasse gebracht wird und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Konnte kostenlos ein Schnorchelset leihen und für wenig Geld ein gutes Fahrrad. Kurzer Weg zum Turtle Beach!

Viele Raupen und Moskitos am Pool
Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist nachts ein wenig unheimlich und nach einem Regen sehr matschig

Great stay
Pros:

Really nice location, the property was always clean and well looked after and the best thing about it was the staff - Afif and the rest of the staff were so lovely! They're really good at their job we kept saying they should get a pay rise. It's a short ride away from the beach and from everything else so it's very convenient for everything. would definitely stay here again!

Very nice team and manager will make you feel like home
Pros:

Very nice room with pretty interior and spacious bathroom. We noticed that the sink was leaking after we checked in but the guys dealt with it right away. Especially the manager Afif and his Team made us feel like home with their open and chatty demeanor. They provide delicious breakfast and you can also order food from the Gilibong Restaurant when you‘re too lazy to go out to eat.

Cons:

During Ramadan the Quran recitings via the scratchy speaker of the nearby mosque is quite present for most of the Day (especially evening) until the middle of the night. This is not at all the fault of the acommodation, we loved it there. It was mostly the distorted sound of the speakers from the mosque over hours that was a bit too much for us. The accomodation provides earplugs, which helped a little bit, but we ended up finding a Hotel on the other side of the Island where it‘s more quiet and nicely we even got a refund for one night.

A Wonderful Stay with Amazing Staff, Clean Rooms and Great Breakfast,
Pros:

We spent six wonderful days at Gilibong Bungalows. The location is a little bit off the main streets, but that’s actually an advantage — it keeps you away from the noise of horse carts and electric bikes. With a short 5-minute bike ride, you can easily reach Sunset Beach.
The rooms are simple yet spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning. But what truly makes this place special is the staff: Afi and the whole team are incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything, from arranging laundry to renting bikes.
Breakfast was a highlight — varied, delicious, and always prepared with fresh ingredients. We also loved their two beach bars, especially Gilibong Sunset, where the crew made us feel so welcome.
We truly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend Gilibong Bungalows!

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Afif, der unglaublich hilfsbereit war und bei jedem Anliegen sofort unterstützt hat. Fahrräder kann man direkt vor Ort ausleihen, was super praktisch ist. Die Zimmer entsprechen genau den Fotos und werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Nachts ist es etwas dunkel, wenn man zur Unterkunft fährt.

Отличный гест, внутри уютно, тихо, прекрасный бассейн, персонал - очень добрые ребята!
Это было действительно лучшее место для меня, мне всё понравилось. Завтраки очень вкусные, всегда свежий сок, кофе и 3 вида завтраков на выбор.
Отношение к гостям внимательное и душевное.
Заранее напишите о вашем прибытии, вас встретят и проведут, если потребуется, чтобы не заблудиться.
Я думала мне будет трудно спать из-за звуков мечети и петухов (они везде на острове), но я отлично спала, потому что атмосфера прекрасная, мне было спокойно. Я обычно очень чутко сплю.
Рекомендую и если вернусь на Гили Траванган, то только сюда.

The staff were outstanding! Afif, in particular, was wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming—and the rest of the team were just as delightful. They truly made our stay feel joyful.

Breakfast was delicious, the pool offered a refreshing escape, and the location was perfect for anyone seeking the quieter side of the island. Our room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly.

Cons:

Clear and tidy both walkways leading to the front door, as they currently have rubbish, standing water, and feel narrow with insufficient lighting.
• Repair the water cooler so it consistently provides chilled water.
• Replace the existing curtains with blackout curtains to block excess light.
• Adjust the shower head so the water flows directly from above rather than at an angle.
• Upgrade the bathroom tap to a sleek metal design and add anti-slip mats for safety
