Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut
Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut..
Schönes helles Restaurant.
Klaviermusik in der Bar.
Wellnessbereich war ordentlich.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr schlecht zu finden.Mehrere Häuser auf verschieden hohe Etagen. Schlechte und unlogische Beschriftung im Aufzug und im Haus.
Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich.
Zimmer einfach und lieblos gestaltet z.B. keine Bilder.
Parkplatz zu teuer.

Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, velmi čisté a personál byl vstřícný a ochotný.

Skvělý gastronomický zážitek, bohužel jen 20 % personálu dosahuje úrovně **** hotelů v Evropě.
Pros:

Hotel vyhověl našim požadavkům na pokoj s balkónem, velmi příjemný byl dárek na přivítanou v podobě prosecca a lázeňských oplatek, vysoká úroveň po gastronomické stránce, asi nejlepší strava s porovnáním s ostatními hotely v Mariánských lázních. Vyhřívaný bazén, který je k dispozici celý den.

Cons:

Hotelový personál upřednostňuje rusky mluvící hotelové hosty, kterých je okolo 80 %. (Mají ihned check in, nemusí dodržovat stanovený dresscode při vstupu do restaurace, od snídaně odnášejí obrovské tašky plného jídla, o dodržování základních hygienických návyků před vstupem do bazénu ani nemluvě. Pro ostatní hotelové hosty, kdy stanovená pravidla neplatí pro vyvolené, jsou velmi nepříjemnou zkušeností.

Skvělá snídaně

Cons:

Nestíhal jsem uhrazenou masáž a tak jsem řekl kolegovi, aby si svou prodloužil (měl jí předemnou). Bylo mu však řečeno, že to takto nefunguje a nemůže mě nahradit.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Sehr nettes Personal . Sehr leckeres Essen (vielen Dank an Chefkoch).
