Accueil chaleureux, excellent déjeuner, excellent emplacement à 8 minutes à pied du Registan, sur une rue très tranquille! Les chambres et lits étaient très confortables et l’hôtel très mignon! Je recommande vivement cet établissement à Samarcande
Nous y étions au mois d’août et par grandes chaleurs, la centrale électrique de la ville coupe l’électricité dans certains quartiers, dont celui de l’hôtel. Ça peut être tannant par moment, mais aucunement la faute de l’établissement et nous avons peut-être été mal chanceux (chaleurs plus élevées que la moyenne de saison)
Hotellet er meget centralt placeret og har en hyggelig gårdhave, dog var resten af opholdet meget skuffende…
Vi havde set frem til at bo på Sultanat, men blev slemt skuffede: beskidte værelser, plettede håndklæder og sengetøj, intet håndsæbe og bademåtte før jeg selv efterspurgte, showergel fra 2015, slemt lugt af afløb på badeværelse der gik videre ind i soveværelset. Internettet fungerede ikke eller næsten ikke. Død flue i min morgenmad og fedtet fodmærke på min seng… gårdhaven var hyggelig, men da der ikke var andre opholdssteder for gæster var det meget lydt om aftenen. Er virkelig ked af at give en så dårlig anmeldelse, da vi havde set meget frem til vores ophold, men det var på ingen måde i orden i forhold til prisen på opholdet, var nærmere ‘hostel’-kvalitet, hvorfor prisen skulle have været derefter.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always smiling. They were happy to answer all my questions and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
The hotel was spotless, and housekeeping was offered during my stay, which I really appreciated. The place is beautifully decorated, cozy, and within easy walking distance of Samarkand's historical attractions.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. It was already better than many other places I've stayed, but with a little more variety it could be even better.
Overall, I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
The rooms are exceptional with large private bathrooms. Nice common area to meet people even though i havent met any :(. Very close to the markets and registan to hang around.
I was disappointed with the breakfast, it lacks variety and quantity. And the fruit options are limited and seemed old. I had better breakfast in hostels compared to here. If the host fixes this then they would easily get a 10 rating.

There is no common area. There is no place if you need to use your laptop.

I problemi avuti con parcheggio vettura. Inesistenti. Quando ho parcheggiato nei posti consigliati dallo staff ho ricevuto dinieghi e minacce dagli astanti.
Ho risolto con parcheggio a pagamento distante dalla struttura. 140.000,00 Sum x 2 notti

The location.
The staff barely speak English. The main issue is that the hotel welcomes groups of school age children and the management ignores the complaints due to the chaos in the hotel. A group arrived at 12:30 am and stormed the hotel, yelling, running around. These kids were unsupervised. When it comes to breakfast, the whole dining room was set up for the group leaving the normal guests having to beg for breakfast and a place to sit. The chaos continued on the 2nd night and management conveniently didn't show up to address the situation.
Bardzo miły pensjonat niedaleko Registanu. (10 minut piechotą)Bardzo miła obsługa. W pensjonacie była wycieczka szkolna więc było głośno. Czysto i miło.
Perfect location, you’re 5 minutes walk away from the Registan. The courtyard is a nice place to relax with breakfast or after a long day of sightseeing.

Breakfast was disorganized. There was no mini-fridge in the room.
