Great stay and very clean and comfy!
Pros:

Great location, beds are super comfy, windows open which is great for when it’s warm but because of the location it’s quite loud at night due to the bars but that’s expected. Quite small rooms but was great as I was only there a night. Shower and toilet are in separate rooms which is good when with multiple people. Key for room is on an app so make sure you have enough data otherwise you may struggle to get in at night but once you’re in the hotel they have free wifi.

Great location, friendly staff and esp for our group of young lads was made to feel welcome thanks

it was a great location, rooms were fab thanks
easy to get the keys and friendly staff, for a group of young lads were made to feel welcome which is rare in places

Cons:

all good thanks for s group of young lads it was fantastic
but having to add all contact details sepearte for each gust was a bit time consumig and not relly necessary when had room leads

Pros:

Eine ehemalige Jugendherberge mitten im Zentrum von Liverpool, in unmittelbarer Nähe bester Pubs. Hervorzuheben sei hier das "White Star" Gleich um die Ecke. Personal freundlich, Zimmer zweckmäßig mit bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte was von Campingplatz.

Cons:

Had to go all the way back home didn't get told I needed a physical id got rejected to go in when Im a type 1 diabetic had to go all the way home get my I'd come back and then the plugs didn't work for hours so I'd want my money back

Poco que mejorar
Pros:

Nuestra habitación tenía dos ventanas superpuestas y eso hacía que estuviera bien insonorizada. Aunque fuera había mucho ruido, ya que estaba en la calle de la fiesta, dentro reinaba el silencio. Pudimos dormir sin problemas en una muy buena ubicación. Y si reservas con antelación es muy barato. El personal super atento también 24 horas

Eché de menos un secador para el pelo. En el baño no había y me parece muy importante tenerlo.

Die zentrale Lage zum günstigen Preis und das freundliche und kompetente Personal.

Dass es nachts bis um 2 Uhr durchaus laut ist, war abzusehen und hat mich deshalb nicht gestört.

Cons:

Der Schlauch in der Dusche war defekt, sodass nicht der volle Wasserdruck gegeben war, und es wurde trotz Zusage der Reparatur für den darauffolgenden Tag nicht repariert. Weil wir dann so oder so abgereist sind, habe ich es nicht weiter reklamiert.

Cons:

There was one worker woman brown hair with glasses really rude and disrespectful my phone couldn't scan the bar code and stateted was my problem not hers and also treated customers rudley and differently let me use a photo of proof of id and then sent others away also tried to charge me for pool when it was supposed to be free pool night there were posters everywhere I moved hostel after her treatment
