Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal zu Ihnen.

Cons:

Das Wasser im Pool war sehr kalt. Beim Frühstück fehlte mir manchmal ein Gipfeli oder am Sonntag ein Zopf.

Excellent place for top notch family skiing vacation
Pros:

Super charming, cosy and family friendly hotel. Excellent service, very friendly and attentive without being over the top. Generous breakfast table and delicious evening menus. Close to both Kristberg and Sennigrat ski areas. We had a great time and we will be back soon! Highly recommended!
