We didn't take breakfast every day.
Proper cleanliness, Tariff should include AC for which there shouldn't be extra charges.
The location is little inside and difficult to find out. The approach road is narrow and difficult for big vehicles.
Furniture and paint and plumbing has become too old and immediate rennovation is necessary.
No breakfast was given to me and property in photos is very different than reality there were cockroaches everywhere some mould on the walls and overall it feels like photo was taken a decade ago and toilet is the worse exhaust fan doesnt work and there is mould on the mirror and too much bugs
However, staff was very nice room service was very good and reception was always available if I order something they will gladly deliver it to my room.
my final suggestion if you are tight on budget and on a 1-3 days work trip it will do its job but if you need to spend some good time and make good memories I would say get a better place

Rooms are old and u may find insects like chocroses or something else
Room's are quite big but no maintenance

The flush handle in bathroom was on right side in front of toilet seat.
Small size room
Ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Beds and pillows rock hard. We had to kill various cockroaches.
Property is too old. Cleanliness is not up to the mark.
