Just great.
Pros:

Great location, excellent staff. Quiet, comfortable & spotlessly clean room. Breakfast that met my dietary requirements.

Cons:

As I have got an Italian phone number, I found it hard to contact the emergency numbers. Someone at the desk 24/7 would be ideal for my needs

Beautiful hotel staff very helpful the room had everything you needed the bed was so comfy

Cons:

We liked the location of were the hotel is situated and we got carpark space at the back of the hotel with a resonable charge your car is safe there i would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel

Great short stay.
Pros:

Great location to enjoy visit to Philharmonic Hall and to Philharmonic pub & restaurant..also..just 15/20 min walk to city or the docks. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking at back of hotel also arranged - so helpful. Enjoyed the tasty continental buffet breakfast. Many thanks to all.

Boutique hotel in Liverpool
Pros:

Lovely welcome by staff to help with automatic check in.
Very quiet boutique hotel about 15 mins walk from Liverpool Lime Street train station.
Rooms were very comfortable and clean- I slept very well! Very nice bed, bedding and towels.
Right next to the Everyman Theatre and the beautiful Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.

Cons:

The hotel felt a bit deserted and impersonal at times- a lot of processes are encouraged to be automated so I'm not sure where the staff are, but I'm sure you can get their attention if you need to.
My room felt a little small. I didn't get to see much of the hotel as I was there for work and didn't take breakfast.
