Gem of a Hotel
Pros:

Everything. This hotel is amazing. Fab location in Liverpool for Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool Cathedral, Philharmonic Dining Room/Pub, etc. Beautifully decorated throughout. The attention to every little detail is just spot on. Thoroughly enjoyed our continental breakfast. Staff were just so lovely and helpful.
Seriously cannot fault our stay in this little gem.

Wished we'd booked 2 nights 🤣

Spar bath Heaven.
Pros:

The hotel is fabulous, wonderful vanity mirror ,comfy beds, the Spar bath? 🤩 Just be careful and don't go near the drain holes while it's on! Hotel clean and the staff very helpful.

Cons:

All was fine.

Rooms were clean and comfy, good location

Cons:

Paid £20 for parking for one night it’s not very clear where the it is could have plenty of other parking near by for half the price.

Checked out 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my security deposit , communication isn’t great all iv had is it’s been refunded check again, after saying for the 4th or 5th time that its definitely not in my bank I have had no reply

Pros:

Location was central but not too central, lovely area - hot tub bath was nice, room was lovely, bed was comfy, loved that it was completely self service and only saw a two people very briefly during my entire stay

Clearly recently renovated, clean and lots of utilities

Cons:

Self check in machine didn’t give us our key cards, this lead to issues with our keys being unusable and took some attempts to sort out with staff. Small detail but hairdryer was a pain and winter quilt not appropriate.
