A very conveniently located, safe and beautifully updated hotel
Pros:

Clean and modern and in a very convenient location for everything in Liverpool town centre. A Very comfortable room. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. Moving us to another room when we had issues with our initial room.

Cons:

The state of the art, modern electronic hands free check in and entry system was a surprise.

First class room, décor, fixtures and fittings are exceptional. Poor breakfast and no personal touch
Pros:

The décor and the fittings are first class, well above the price point. The bed was exceptionally comfy and the waterfall shower brilliant. I could not fault the room in anyway. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make this hotel stand out in a very competitive market.

Cons:

Breakfast was continental. There were two empty display boxes which I assume should of had the cold meats and cheese in them. The brown bread was the cheapest tasting and the worst I have encountered for a long time. The dining room was deserted with no staff around to ask questions. That said the granola, fresh fruit and yogurt were all good. I would not recommend breakfast at this hotel as the majority of places that I have stayed before far exceeded their offering. The automated check-in system and the staff I met were robotic, it felt like I was parking my car.

Very enjoyable, location was excellent for us.
Pros:

Location, room.

Cons:

Hotel bar was closed and locked off quite early. We returned earlier on our second night to have a couple of drinks before bed only to find it closed and entry door locked and this was around 9.30-10.00pm.

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

The cleanliness the attentive staff. How everything was stylish. Lovely comfy bed. Fridge with bottled water supplied. Clean towels daily if you requested for your room to be cleaned or just if you wanted clean towels. Lift available. The owner was available at the property. Secure key access to the hotel
