Pros:

Компетентний персонал, який вирішить будь-які питання.
Сучасний ремонт, просторі кімнати. Дуже чисто. Кухня із великим холодильником, посудомийною і пральною машинами. В цьому помешканні було б зручно жити тижнями. Не хотілося виїжджати.
Чудовий вид на місто з балкону.
