Pros:

It’s a great location, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The walk to the waterfall was such an adventure! Dammika was very helpful and guided us safely there. However, just take it carefully, as the trail can be quite challenging and risky in places. It’s not a five-star place, but they’re clearly doing their best to make your stay comfortable. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and would definitely come back.

Cons:

It would help if the travel packages and activities were explained more clearly. For example, providing more information on what to bring or wear for the safari, such as whether bathing suits are needed, would help guests prepare better.

Overall Stay is Excellent
Pros:

Location is perfect as it is very closed to famous waterfall called Pahan Thudawa Ella.Staff is very friendly especially Mr Bandara & Miss Dammika.Rooms are spacious view from the room is excellent.Miss Dammika help us to reach the Pahan Thudawa Ella.Parking is available.

Cons:

Kettle is not available in the room to make hot water & Tea.Access road to the property is very narrow cannot pass two vehicles at the same time.

Wonderful
Pros:

Wonderful quiet and calm place for you to get relaxed. It was located near the Belihul oya, close to Pahanthudawa Ella.
Food was delicious. Help and the guidance done by Mr Bandara was exceptional.

Pros:

Property is located at the entrance to pahanthudawa water fall the perfect place ,to have a river bath and trekking to the water fall rooms are located with nice mountains views.

Pros:

We had a wonderful anniversary stay at this villa. Special thanks to Bandara and Dammika for their friendly, kind, and excellent service. Dammika beautifully decorated our room for our anniversary and guided us on our visit to Pahanthudawa. Both Bandara and Dammika were always helpful and assisted us whenever we needed anything during our stay.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature, fresh air, and amazing views, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy peace of mind. The food was also very tasty and well prepared. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you, Bandara and Dammika, for making our anniversary so special!

Pros:

We received exceptional personalized service from Bandara. The breakfast by the river and the evening stroll to Pahanthudawa waterfall, complemented by Bandara's attentive service, were the highlights of our visit.

Pros:

Amazing location near Pahanthudawa waterfalls. Great view! Staff is really helpful and caring. Special thanks goes to Bandara and Dammika who took us safely to see the waterfall. Delicious food at their restaurant. You can arrange Bakers Bend visit by the hotel itself. Spacious rooms. Kids friendly, but you have to keep an eye on them as this is on a mountain top. The river is safe for a bath but check the water levels first.

Cons:

Washrooms are a little cramped and could have better designed. Things like A reading light, towel rack in the room could have been really helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful, especially Bandara, who was attentive and supportive throughout our visit. The rooms are large and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The local breakfast was good and enjoyable.
The location is convenient, with easy access to Belihuloya and Pahanthudawa Waterfall. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing cold bath in the Belihuloya River, as there are safe bathing points available nearby.
Overall, it was a comfortable and worthwhile experience.

Cons:

It appears that the hotel is currently undergoing some maintenance work. As a suggestion for improvement, the management could place more emphasis on ongoing and consistent maintenance to further enhance the overall guest experience.

Pros:

We stayed here on the 17th and 18th, and it was such a wonderful experience. The location in Belihuloya - Citrine is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, surrounded by nature and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Bandara for his kindness and great service and also to the lovely girl on the team (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) who was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Our stay felt comfortable and memorable and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to come back again!

Pros:

Staff members were very helpful

Cons:

Bathroom , toilet in one room toilet couldn't close. They offered us a second room. There toilet seat was too small for the actual size of the toilet. That made sitting totally uncomfortable and it was badly fixed
No toilet paper, shower gel or soap available. We were given some soap and a roll of toilet paper upon my request.
