Réveil à 5:30 tous les matins par les travaux du bar collé à l’hôtel,coups de marteau et ouvriers très bruyants
Le bruit de la rue est constant
Propreté à revoir de la douche , abattant des toilettes cassé
Petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon

I am extremely disappointed with both the cleanliness of this hotel and the way the situation was handled by the staff.

On the day of my departure, I discovered that the blanket I had been using throughout my stay was stained with menstrual blood. I was shocked and immediately brought this to the attention of the room attendant, who told me that the hotel does not usually wash or replace the blankets between guests and only changes the bed sheets.

I reported this to the hotel manager, who apologized and assured me that I would receive a refund for two nights as compensation for this unacceptable experience. Unfortunately, after making this promise, the hotel stopped responding to my messages and never processed the refund.

This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable, and the lack of follow-through on the promised compensation made the experience even more disappointing.

I checked out early from my booking at Hotel Cinquantatre. I was in this hotel for 2 hours, before I left and found somewhere better. The staff were inappropriate prior to my arrival which made me already uneasy as a solo traveller. The property is advertised in multiple places as "non smoking" yet the room I was given, had clearly had someone smoking it. I could smell it especially on the side of the bed closest to the window. And there was a cigarette hole on the seat below the window (that opens). There is not soundproofing, so everytime someone next door opened or shut their door, it sounded like someone coming into my room. The door was confusing and didn't appear to lock, as I am travelling alone, this made me uneasy. I did not feel safe, and so I contacted the property and checked out early. The elevator barely fits one person and their luggage, so be aware if you are more than one person or have more than one bag. I am actually very unhappy with this entire experience beyond my short stay, because they are trying to claim I was a "no show" and charge me a fee. I have been disputing this claim since the 16th July (it is 21st when I submit this review, and the dispute via Booking.com is still ongoing), because it is completely untrue, and I should not be charged a "no show" fee, when I did indeed, show. I am still on holiday, and will be for awhile, and this ongoing dispute is ruining the rest of my holiday. No, sucio, mal mantenido, mal olor (a humedad), lleno de insectos. Instalaciones muy antiguas. Ducha extremadamente pequeña. Papel confor extremo mala calidad. Pesima iluminacion

I had a jacuzzi bath that didn’t work, and the large balcony rooms were shut. My balcony was tiny.
