In comparison with other hotels in Austria it was at the upper end of expensive
Pros:

Loved all the wood features in the Hotel. The view from the room was stunning. The staff were delightful, and the breakfast first class. The gesture of a little pot of home made jam was appreciated, however with only hand luggage it wouldn’t have been possible to take it home.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny and felt claustrophobic. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the pillow content was non-existent and could do with being replaced.

Es war das schönste Hotel in dem wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben, Essen sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer, SPA und Lage des Hotels sehr schön und auch sehr hundefreundlich, Preis - Leistungsverhältnis super! Wir kommen sicher wieder😉

Ein Wohlfühlort der Extraklasse
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen sind außergewöhnlich, der herzliche Empfang und auch der Spa Bereich sind einfach spitzenklasse. Wir kommen jedes Jahr für ein paar Tage und sind immer wieder begeistert.

Für Familien (Kinder 9/11/13 Jahre) zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr familienfreundlich; sehr nett zu Kindern; angenehmer Spa Bereich; ein Teil auch mit Kindern nutzbar; wenige Minuten von der Gondel mit dem Auto; dort waren genügend Parkplätze; Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl an regionalen Produkten - es wird generell auf Produkte aus der Region Wert gelegt; mehrgängiges Dinner und kleine Stärkung am Nachmittag
