Absolut freundliches, zuvorkommendes, unkompliziertes und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Lage, schöne Anlage und Zimmer und Frühstück a la carte auf der Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Leider gab es in der ersten Nacht im ganzen Quartier einen Stromausfall und die Klimaanlage ging darum erst am nächsten Tag wieder - es war also sehr heiss.😉

Pros:

L'accueil exceptionnel du personnel et leur gentillesse, le cadre, l'emplacement dans la ville, le confort du lit, la propreté, le calme dans l'hôtel, la piscine hyper agréable après une découverte de la ville, le spritz sur un transat, le petit déjeuner sur le roof top...un vrai petit bijou qui participe a rendre mémorable un week end découverte de Palerme.

Great location, friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. The loft room is fabulous with lots of space. A true gem in the middle of the city with a pool as a bonus ! Breakfast really good with lots of variety

If I were ever to return to Palermo,I would stay at Spasimo in a heartbeat and strongly recommend it
Pros:

This was one of the best BnB's that I have stayed in. The rating went from the amazing beds, to the food to the staff. I would highly recommend this as an amazing choice. I LOVED the quirky entrance from the street, it was the cherry on the top. The aircon in the BnB was a game changer in the heat wave.

Cons:

Only suggestion was having a second fan in the breakfast area.

Amazing staff, amazing stay, 100% recommend!
Pros:

Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I felt welcomed and was confortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Palermo.

This hotel is exceptional you must stay here.
Pros:

Location is very central, once you find the doorway which is slightly ‘different’ you enter an amazing area of calm and the friendliest group of staff ever.
Our cases were out of the car and in our room within minutes by an amazing gentleman and importantly we were able to check in early that was a great surprise. The two ladies looking after reception were very friendly and knowledgeable especially with the history of the property. Our room was stunning with extra towels and flip flops to use the outdoor and indoor pools. This hotel is like a small intimate spa hotel and just a tropical oasis of calm within a city.
The breakfast was exceptional with so much attention to detail with a standard selection and then a pick your own additional selection of the most delicious pastries and cakes. We absolutely loved our one night stay and for sure we will be back.

Cons:

Only stayed one night !!

We absolutely loved it and would definitely go back.
Pros:

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is down a quiet street in a regular neighborhood. You can’t see the hotel at all until you walk through the gate that requires a code. The staff were extremely friendly and warm and responsive. The rooms were simple and clean. The air conditioning worked well. The small pool in the central courtyard was very refreshing and was open anytime so we could even take a quick dip after dinner to cool off. The rooftop area was also beautiful and they serviced breakfast there.

Trato inmejorable en un entorno precioso .

el desayuno es excelente. La ubicación muy buena. El personal es fabuloso

el tamaño del baño que es un poco escaso. No hay ascensor.

Beautiful oasis, very centrally located.
Pros:

Behind the original old doors is a beautiful oasis. It was clean, comfortable and the service is unmatched. It’s central, but quiet location was ideal for exploring and pool to relax after was fantastic.
