“EVERYTHING”
On arrival outside apartment ( which was not easy to find ) there was no car park opposite only the main railway lines. The property looked nothing like its booking advert. On steps to the property there were several people sat on the steps drinking beer etc from cans and bottles and all were not very well dressed. It was in a quite run down area and my wife and I did not even bother to stop. It was nothing like its description on booking site. Drove straight past and booked another Hotel

Good location and it was clean
Bed was very uncomfortable and hard sofa bed was also very uncomfortable.
Pillows we're very flat.
Tried to contact them for 2 days before arrival and did not get back to us we tried through the app email text and phone calls we never got any answer and no replies
Night time was very loud music and people bring loud did not care about so called quite hours

Very hard mattress
Close to the station and also close to the establishment I needed to get to for business purposes. Use of the small kitchenette was handy.
The room appears to be an afterthought extension added to the property to maximise rental income. In my view, it is better suited as a long-term bedsit rather than a short-stay apartment or guest room.
The space is extremely small and compact, with very poor ventilation, resulting in a persistent stuffy odour. There is a small window near the bed and another in the bathroom, but neither is practical to open as they overlook an active building site, with construction workers operating directly outside from early morning until late evening.
There is also a rear door concealed behind a wardrobe that opens onto the building site, raising concerns about both security and safety.
The overall condition of the accommodation is disappointing. The head of the bed is propped up on a stack of bricks wrapped in a plastic bag. Both the bedding and bathroom linens were stained. Several bathroom fixtures, including the towel radiator, toilet paper holder, and shower head, showed significant rust. Chipped furnishings and poor-quality decorating further detract from the property.
Cleanliness wasn’t the best, particularly the shower floor, which was not properly clean and a vape left under the bed.
In addition, some of the advertised amenities were not provided. For example, a fan was listed but absent, despite being desperately needed given the poor ventilation and the extreme heatwave currently being experienced.
Finally, communication with the host was unsatisfactory. Response times to reported issues were typically four to five hours, and the responses provided were neither helpful nor supportive in resolving the problems raised.
