in aller Kürze: nie wieder!
Pros:

halbwegs gute Lage, mehr gibt es leider nicht zu sagen (Bus Station 3 Minuten entfernt, U-Bahn etwa 10 Minuten)

nicht wie auf den Bildern!!
wir bekamen ein Upgrade, ohne danach gefragt zu haben (ich wusste es nicht mal). am zweiten Tag wurde uns um 10 Uhr abends mitgeteilt, dass wir bis morgen früh das Apartment zu verlassen hätten. das Gepäck musste demnach noch am Abend gepackt werden - wenigstens wurde es vom Personal umgeräumt, dennoch ist sowas weit entfernt von ok. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war ein Witz (beim üblichen Besteck waren z.B. nur 2 Löffel, 1 Gabel und 1 Messer vorhanden), der beworbene Backofen war leider in der Realität ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. vor dem Fenster war es trotz Seitenstraße extrem laut, da direkt vor den Apartments 2 Lokale sind. im ersten Apartment roch es zusätzlich stark nach Fett bzw. Burger, wenn man das Fenster öffnete. es gab keine Klimaanlage, bei 40 Grad in London war auch das nicht angenehm. Die Heizung lief in der Hitzewelle ebenfalls noch auf voller Leistung, das wurde wenigstens geregelt. jedoch konnte man das nicht selbst machen.
im zweiten Apartment hatte man vom Eck des Bettes zur Wand gemessene (!) 20 cm Platz.
wir hatten uns nach 4 Wochen Rundreise sehr darauf gefreut. Leider war es beinahe die schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir hatten.
Nebensatz für alle, die das große Apartment buchen wollen: von den Betten in der oberen Etage sollte man nicht aufstehen wollen, da die Raumhöhe oben schlicht und einfach zu niedrig ist - für 6 Leute ist das aber ohnehin zu klein, ist für 4 schon eher zum Kuscheln
die ansonsten tendenziell eher guten Bewertungen verstehe ich absolut nicht

Cons:

There is a cat that lives in the common area, which I did not know. Cat was lovely, but I am allergic to the fur and had a slight allergy itchiness even in my room.

Byłoby super za 60% aktualnej ceny.
Pros:

Miejsce bardzo dobrze , możliwe komfortowe dojście do City spacerem.

Cons:

Wynająłem pokój PREMIUM. Niestety okazało się, że ten pokój nie ma okna (a właściwie ma, ale jest to okno tuż obok śmietnika, więc cały czas powinno być zamknięte). Dodatkowo nie działała klimatyzacja - jedynie nawiewała powietrze, a nie chłodziła go. Dodatkowo w środku jednej z nocy ktoś zaczął bardzo hałasować na korytarzu (brzmiało jak sprzątanie lub grzebanie w schowku).

Pros:

I stay here a lot, the rooms are strange and impractically designed but usually good value for money and well equipped. This time was about 50% more expensive than usual though. This was the first time in 3 stays where my tv actually worked. Good aircon thank god, essential when london is this hot.

Cons:

Street noise until 2am sometimes, then super bright from 5am (the curtains are hopeless). So didnt get much sleep

A great stay once you know what to expect, good location
Pros:

The location is excellent, and justifies the price being quite high.
The beds were comfy, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities are fine - nothing special, but perfectly adequate.
The reception staff are friendly and accommodating, and tried to help us move rooms when we discovered we were not given what we booked, as well as remove a cot that we didn’t ask for. Overall I would stay here again now I know what to expect.

Cons:

The listing on booking.com is misleading and initially I felt very duped. Having booked a superior apartment with two double beds, we were given a flat with 1 double bed, and 3 single beds squeezed into a mezzanine space in the rafters. One of those beds you actually have to climb over a beam to get to over the stairs - quite unsafe. I was told that they have 4 superiors and it luck of the draw what you get - not ok when you’ve booked 2 doubles - that needs to be made clear on the listing. However the staff kindly tried to move us, which we declined eventually as the other rooms were boiling hot and I had called in advance to check the a/c was working well in the heatwave, we were assured it was - it wasn’t. The air con is in the rafters, ensuring that the cold air can’t get to most of the flat. Additionally, they tried to take a £75 deposit on arrival, of which there is no mention at all on the booking. I would not pay this, especially after they also took my ID behind a very high desk. Lastly, the communication from the office team to the reception is very bad, meaning we had a cot in the room when they had told me to bring my own. However, again the reception staff was lovely and removed it for us.

Overall, I would stay again despite these issues now that I know what to expect. If they updated their listings they wouldn’t disappoint guests on arrival.

Great location! And a clean & safe stay in Shoreditch
Pros:

Great location on Rivington Street - moments from Old Street station and easy access to the offices, bars and restaurants in Shoreditch and Hoxton.
They kindly upgraded to a superior room - so I had space to relax and work. Handy to have fans and aircon to cool down on a muggy night.

Cons:

Check-in was a little abrupt to start, but they were welcoming after understanding I was solo business traveller.
Some of the ceiling height in loft sleep areas are low - but main areas were comfortable.
Would benefit with a mirror close to a plug when using a hairdryer.
