Could try harder OK
Pros:

Not much really to stand out as special.

Cons:

We had to change rooms because television did not work in the first one,.
There wasn't enough sockets to put more than.one thing on at a time. Either the fridge, the fan or charging phone.
Big puddle in bathroom.
We waited over an hour for chicken wings to cook, then cancelled the order and the rest of our booking and left.

Pros:

sehr freundliches Personal und freundlicher Manager, 24/7 security, täglicher Zimmerservice und täglich frisches Trinkwasser, kein Strassenlärm, eigenes Restaurant und Bar bis Mitternacht. Ich war schon 8 × in diesem Hotel.

Cons:

manchmal kein warmes Wasser, meistens dasselbe Frühstück.

No breakfast was provided.

Cons:

There is nothing much the hotel can do about its location but there weren't adequate towels. I had to ask for more towels. The shower was broken in room 102 is broken. The bed was lumpy. At the gate a huge pile of firewood is kept which just doesn't look good. Besides its a fire hazard. If that wood went up in flames that is the exit gone. At the entrance to the garden several men sat shirtless. They looked quite intimidating.

Could do better.
Cons:

My flight was delayed so I checked in a bit later than planned. There were no kettles in the rooms. So I explained my situation to the receptionist on the front desk if it was possible for me to have a cup of tea. It was a resounding no, "The Kitchen is closed.

Now the fact that most of the staff live there it would not be remiss somewhat for an accommodation to be made to offer some assistance.

The reception team as a whole could benefit from customer experience training as ever request I made no matter how minor was a no or laxidaisy at best.

I must give a shout-out to the Handyman (W), the cleaning team and the security personnel. They all provided exemplary service and dedication. Not just to me but other guests.
